Но понять её можно и раньше: главное — видить разницу в логике.
1) used to + V
Про прошлые привычки, которых больше нет.
I used to watch cartoons every morning.
2) be used to + noun/verb+ing
Привыкший к чему-то
I’m used to waking up early.
3) get used to + noun/verb+ing
Привыкать
I’m getting used to my new job.
💡 Ощути перегиб:
— used to = раньше так было
— be used to = я привык

“I might as well…” — Почему бы не… / Можно и…
Эта фраза звучит очень по-носительски.
Ты используешь её, когда нет лучшего варианта или раз уж всё равно, можно сделать что-то полезное.
