Q: How do we pre-buy RAI and THUNDER? A: The only way you can get access to RAI and to THUNDER is through proof-of-stake. Q: Possible for the website to crash due to a huge amount of traffic and exchanges? A: No, we have hired a server that will support the swap. It is designed to handle A LOT of traffic. Q: Is there any plans for a uniswap ETH Pika Pair A: We will have Pika/Eth, Pika/USDT, and Pika mixed with CoinTigers native currency. Q: What will be the overall allotted amount of V2 tokens? A: Depends on the community. If no one stakes, less V2 tokens, higher prices. Q: How long does this 4.5% redistribution fee last? A: It is ONLY when people BUY and WITHDRAW, not when you SELL, not when you SWAP. That’s it. And ONLY when you BUY/WITHDRAW on a decentralized exchange. Q: Will there be a halt on trading during the 4 days of the swap? A: No, there will not be a trading halt

PIKA V2 SUMMARY NO.2 Q: More info on marketing strategy? A: Most income generated from V2 will go into marketing. (Sponsorships, Exchange listings, Promotions) Q: When we exchange from V1 to V2, will there be any exchange fees? Or gas fees? I hold my token in MetaMask. A: There will be Ethereum gas fees involved. Therefore, we look to do the swap over the weekend for lower fees. Q: Why only a four-day window? You mentioned it was to shake out the whales? What does that mean? Is the plan to totally abandon V1? A: We want to mitigate liability from V1 loyalists trying to derail us. V1 is such a liability that it’s not even worth discussing. V1 is a gateway for you guys to access V2. The community has been built on V1, there are potential copyright issues, so we want to utilize V2 to move away from this as well as being able to utilize the contract, whereas V1 cannot be touched. We will have a 2-week marketing campaign for the swap, if you are invested in V1 and haven’t seen that there is a swap to V2, that is on you for not following the details of your crypto investments. Q: Is Pika V1 replaced by V2 automatically? A: No, it will be manual. Our website (pikacrypto.com) will be used to do the manual swap, selecting your old tokens, selecting the new ones, connecting your wallet, and clicking ‘swap’. Q: What is your price target by the end of 2021? A: I don’t know about the rest of the team, but personally I don’t care what the price is, my focus is to have a good process. Q: How can Pika still be a meme coin while officially not being associated with Pokémon for legal reasons? A: Moving as far away as possible from legal issues whilst retaining the community we’ve built. Q: Will this token be sued by Nintendo? A: No, It’s Pika, not Pikachu, Pika is a type of animal. Q: When V2? A: May 7th. Q: How will the price be defined when switched from V1 to V2? A: Supply and demand. Q: Will also a part be burned from transaction fees? A: Burning will only occur from Uniswap purchases and staking. Q: Will we be able to sell NFT’s ? A: Yes, you will be able to buy, sell and trade NFT’s. Each NFT being 1 of 3 levels, relevant to their contract/coin (Pika, Thunder, Rai) Q: After evolving Thunder and Rai, are we able to revert them to Pika? A: No Q: Can we trade/sell Thunder & Rai? A: Yes Q: How are you guys planning to move liquidity from v1 to v2? And how will it impact the price? A: Significant holders are going to be moved across to provide liquidity. Any user can choose to add liquidity. Q: Will I get an extra bonus because of holding since the start of Pika? A: All holders of V1 will incur a percentage-based increase in holdings when swapping to V2 Q: Why are there 3 coins instead of 1? A: Increased utility, and creating an eco-system of coins, to develop a game of sorts. If $PIKA is worth $1, $THUNDER is worth $15,000, you would want to stake 10,000 $PIKA to earn 1 $THUNDER and thus have a $5,000 profit. This gets manipulated over time. There is no set answer as to whether holding or staking is better, this will likely change over time. Q: You mentioned there will be a 4.5% transaction fee for people buying V2, will that happen for people selling? A: No Q: Pokedex themed wallet? A: No, copyright. Q: Will we make tangible coins A: That is up to the community. Would you guys like this to exist? We have been talking with businesses about this possibility. Q: What are the use cases for THUNDER and RAI? A: NFT’s currently, more uses will be implemented, such as the purchase of goods. Q: How high can pika reach in the short term? A: Don’t care about price, our goal is to overtake Doge, take that as you will Q: What is the expected interaction with the 2 new coins? Do you take into consideration that people might jump into the new coins and dump Pika? A: They very well might, but then they have no Pika. Q: Can you go over the Corvette giveaway. A: Pika must reach 0.00005 by the 30th of May. If the threshold is reached, a corvette will be given away to holders.

$PIKA V2 AMA SUMMARY NO.1 Q: Will there be different supplies for each contract? A: Yes, we are creating 3 separate contracts. (Pika, Thunder, Rai) Q: What is the circulating supply? A: Right now, 50 Trillion (Pre-V2) Q: Any burn of tokens? A: Yes, there will a burning of tokens in our tokenomic development plan. Q: Long term strategic goals? A: Exchanges, currently in talks with CoinTiger. CoinTiger makes sense as it’s big in the Asian market. Being in one of the top 50 exchange is a good foothold. Funds have been raised to be listed. Technical matters are being discussed. Q: Will we have an NFT exchange platform A: Yes. Mid-Term plans are to create a ‘P-Bay’, where goods can be listed and utilizing Pika, Thunder and Rai as payment. Q: What is the first thing you’ll do being a millionaire thanks to $PIKA A: I probably won’t become a $PIKA millionaire, You guys might! But I don’t know if I will. The financial side of things is secondary to me. I am that confident that V2 will work and cannot fail. Q: Has the burn already happened? A: No Info regarding V2 swap - There will be a ratio when swapping to V2, to counter the gas fees - The less you own, the better the ratio for the swap - People splitting wallets to counteract this will have to pay more fees, doesn’t seem worthwhile Timed swap; to shake out people from the old project to the new one (V2) - Buying Pika now is more beneficial than buying in V2 - New contracts will give developers the ability to add value. The Current contract can’t be utilized - There will be a transaction redistribution fee - To entice people into staking pools • 4.5% transaction fee when v2 launches for buyers (Not people swapping) • We don’t want to penalize existing holders • 3% (Of the 4.5%) goes to the Pika staking pool • 0.25% (Of the 4.5%) Charity fee. All .25% will be used for a charitable cause. (This will be a community choice) • 0.6% (Of the 4.5%) to go to a team wallet. Other similar coins typically use 1-2%. • 0.15% Liquidity pool for providers • Whitepaper to be created when coins are transferred to V2 Staking information - No definite rates yet - On launch, it will be a locked time stake for the first week - This is to have opportunity to launch thunder and rai and provide them liquidity. - Locked time staking will be removed after the first week - Staking will have a burn rate attached - Staking for evolutions will return used Pika to the liquidity pool - Pika to thunder staking – 10,000 Pika for 1 Thunder - Thunder to Rai – 1,000 Thunder for 1 Rai NFT Information - Booster packs that act as NFT’s will be implemented - 3 rarities each unique to their crypto equivalent (Pika, Thunder, Rai - Can also be purchased with USD - An online Trading Card Game is in the concept phase - $PIKA NFT’s will be useable in this TCG - NFT Designers will need to be procured to not delve into copyright issues
