Dear Certified Energy Auditor, We are pleased to inform you that the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Ministry of Power, Government of India has initiated the Urja Mitra Program for the MSME sector. The Urja Mitra Program is a nationwide expert-level empanelment program conducted under the ‘National Program on Energy Efficiency and Technology Upgradation of MSMEs’. The objective of the program is to bring transformational changes in the clusters by persuading MSMEs to adopt the best energy efficiency practices and energy management systems in the cluster. BEE is actively empaneling Certified Energy Auditors (CEA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting energy audits for MSMEs within their respective sectors for the prestigious Urja Mitra program. BEE has chosen various MSME clusters all over India for inclusion in the Urja Mitra program due to its remarkable energy-saving potential and high energy intensity. Under the Urja Mitra program, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise and play a vital role in assisting industries in achieving their energy efficiency goals. BEE will provide fees for every activity conducted in the scope of this program, making it a mutually beneficial partnership.
