πŸŽ“ Interactive lessons that are ready to teach Watch how my interactive PowerPoint lesson works in the classroom. I created it for Muazzamxon, who used it with her 11th grade students. Here’s her feedback: Translated from Uzbek: β€œThank you so much, you made it very convenient. Everything worked well in PowerPoint, everything is great. My students also took part very actively. The lesson went great, thank you.” Want a lesson like this for your own class? You can also order interactive materials made for your topic, level, and students. πŸ’° From 50,000 soums per lesson πŸ“© Message me to order: @resourceful_teacher https://t.me/eltresources

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Ώ Uzbek Language Day is on 21 October! We are about to celebrate Uzbek Language Day, and I have two posters to help you talk about it with your students. πŸ‘‡ 🎨 Poster 1: playful and colourful. It is full of illustrations, bright colours and warm details. It is great for creating a festive mood in class. πŸ“ Poster 2: minimalist and modern. It has a clean design, short texts and clear icons. It is perfect for reading, discussion and vocabulary work. Use them to tell your students about this special day in English and to teach them how to talk about it. πŸ’¬ πŸ–¨ Want to print them? Write β€œPDF” in the comments, and I will send you the print-ready versions in high quality. πŸ’™πŸ€πŸ’š #UzbekLanguageDay #EFL #ELT #TeachingIdeas @eltresources Feel free to share with your colleagues, but don't forget to recommend the channel πŸ˜‰

πŸ“Š Thank you for voting. "I don't use infographics" was the most popular answer. Many years ago, I had these two infographics on the wall of my classroom. I liked them for two reasons. Their ideas matched my own views, and their design was bright and attractive. But I was missing something important. I never used them as a teaching resource. They stayed on the wall as decoration, and my students walked past them every day without really reading them. What a waste! πŸ˜… An infographic can be a full lesson. In my next post, I will share my ideas. πŸ‘‡ @eltresources

This is a video my student Dilnura sent me the other day. I was impressed by the pace, rhythm, the intonation she has mastered. Even with summer holidays in full swing, she hasn't stopped working on her English. Amazing, isn't it? πŸ€©πŸ˜‡πŸ˜ I am lucky to have such self-motivated students, but there is one problem with them - they keep you on your toes. πŸ€ͺπŸ˜… Still, this is a good problem to have. A more difficult question is what to do with students who show no interest at all. That's exactly what Ken Wilson tackles in his article "Ten Ways to Motivate the Unmotivated". Definitely worth a read if you teach. The article is here πŸ‘ˆ If you'd rather watch than read, he also has a talk on the same topic. HERE πŸ‘ˆ https://t.me/eltresources

Keep your students learning English over the break. How? Watching cartoons in English, of course! πŸ€“ As teachers, it is very difficult to find movies that are both interesting and 100% classroom-safe. Here are two perfect choices for the holidays (click the titles to watch them online for free in English): 🎬 ABOMINABLE - a beautiful movie about a young girl and a lost Yeti traveling across China. 🎬 THE WILD ROBOT - a heartwarming story about a robot living with forest animals. I have watched both of these movies myself. They have absolutely zero embarrassing moments. You can share them with your students and their parents with total confidence! https://t.me/eltresources
