From what I've come to know, this isn't a season 5 announcement, but a declaration of two-part movies for the manga series named haikyuu. It appears that they'll be concluding the anime with this. As for time and date, I am unaware.

Sorry, was quiet busy. Just watched myself. This appears, as the name suggests, the final season of haikyuu anime which will be devided into two parts. They'll conclude the anime with this sequel, it seems. Meaning all the manga chapters shall be covered. Ok, let's see now.

"HAIKYU!! FINAL" two-part theatrical sequel anime announced. A kickoff event will be held in August 2023.

In the 10th anniversary celebration of haikyuu, there will be an event in August. Season 5 can potentially be announced there, as it was promised that all questions related haikyuu's new season will be answered. Though this is only a vague possibility, hence we'll have to wait and see.

In jump Festa 2022, It was announced that there are 10 projects in work/production to celebrate 10 year haikyuu completion. 4 projects were announced while remaining 6 were left untouched. There might be one or two special episodes coming this following august, but there wasn't any announcements regarding season 5. There's probably still time.
