Don't be overused. Semicolon (;) are used for symbolizing a continuation of mental health/issue, not any other break up issue. Don't make it as a joke because it wasn't purposed for support you from your break up. Use the symbol and pfp to support the people whose needed it, not to help you on your heart breaking for having an break up.
