🚨 The Swiss 'Burqa Ban' came in to effect starting 1st January 2025.
Anyone wearing the 'Burqa' in public faces a fine of 1,000 Swiss Francs ($1,100 USD).
In 2021, Swiss people narrowly voted in favour of banning face coverings in public, including the burka and niqab worn by Muslim women. Results showed the measure had passed by 51.2% to 48.8% in a referendum.
The measure involves a prohibition on covering the nose, mouth, and eyes in both public spaces and private buildings accessible to the public. However, there are some exceptions.
The ban does not apply to planes or in diplomatic and consular premises, and faces may also be covered in places of worship and other sacred sites.
Facial coverings will remain permitted for reasons relating to health and safety, for native customs, or due to weather conditions, it said. They would also be allowed on artistic and entertainment grounds and for advertising.

The Kazakh government said 38 of the 67 people onboard have died.
Videos circulating on the internet show the aircraft climbing and descending in short sequence, then making a steep right turn and descending rapidly, before hitting the ground and going up in flames.

“Whoever gets up at night and says: 'Lā ilāha illAllāhu, waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamdu, wa huwa ʿalā kulli shaiʾin qadīr. Alḥamdulillāhi wa-SubḥānAllāhi wa-Lā ʾilāha ʾillā llāhu w-Allāhu Akbar wa-Lā ḥawla wa-lā quwwata ʾillā bi-llāh.'
لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير
الحمد لله وسبحان الله ولا اله الا الله والله اكبر ولا حول ولاقوة إلا بالله
(None has the right to be worshipped but Allāh. He is the Only One and has no partners. For Him is the Kingdom and all the praises are due for Him. He is Omnipotent. Praise be to Allāh and Glory be to Allāh, and There is no God but Allāh, and Allāh is Greatest And there is neither Might nor Power Except with Allāh).
And then says: Allāhumma-ġfirlī
اللهم اغفر لي
(O Allāh! Forgive me).
Or invokes (Allāh), he will be responded to, and if he performs ablution (and prays), his prayer will be accepted."

Israeli occupiers targeted al-Walidain mosque in the village of Marda, West bank and it on set fire, while also defacing the building’s facade with hateful and racist slogans such as “Revenge” and “Death to Arabs” spray-painted in Hebrew.

At least 5 people have been killed and over 200 injured after a Saudi Arabian Atheist who supported Zionism drove into Christmas Markets in Magdeburg, Germany.
The attacker who was arrested by German Police was identified as 50 year-old Talib Al-Abdulmohsen. His social media posts appear to have expressed anti-Islam views and support for Zionism.
Talib Al-Abdulmohsen is wanted by Saudi Arabia for terrorism and smuggling girls to Europe, but Germany has granted him political asylum and refused extradition despite the charges. He also appears to be a big fan of Elon Musk and and AfD. The political party that Elon Musk endorsed recently as "the only party that can save Germany".
