Sheikh Fouad Saeed Abdulkadir, originally from Eritrea, passed away at the Moshannon Valley Processing Center, an immigration detention facility located in Clearfield County, Philadelphia. He was pronounced dead at 3:15 a.m. on Sunday, December 14, 2025.
