Thank you for your generous, kind words. You brought me good cheer this evening 😊 In fact, you are the breath of fresh air because when so many complain and bicker, you don’t contribute to the twaddle. What sweet, gracious hearts you have. I’m honored to take the road less traveled with you.
PS - I think y’all deserve a special recipe 🤔

A Time Like This – Part 3
Remember last week’s, “Who Owns You?” If you’ve committed yourself to Him, then He claims you as His own. We need to pray for direction and instructions in what each of us should do. If we’re provoked into doing something because someone else says we *have* to then we run the risk of walking in disobedience to what He wants for us. He cannot bless that. He cannot grow that.
You’ve read my previous posts where I remind you that You Matter. In your little sphere of influence, you have consequence. We can be the little pebble splashing down into the pond, our impact immediate and compact. But, the results begin to ripple outwards, in larger swaths reaching places far from our center.
He has called you for such a time as this. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be anxious. Be in wonderment that He wants you in this fight.

A Time Like This – Part 2
So what is the ‘or else what?’ for not obeying the pseudo overlords? As my mind began to imagine us hungry and homeless, with no way to handle medical costs if we’re uninsured, and wondering what steps we’d need to take next, I felt the apprehension increasing rapidly. But, before it could reach the pinnacle in my overwrought mind, I sensed God speak to me, “Stop. I will take care of you.” My breath caught.
“I’m so weary God,” I sighed back. “Sometimes I don’t even have the energy to cry over all the heartache in this word. It’s too much.”
“I know,” He said. I continued silently, “Help me, Lord. Help me be calm and strong for my husband’s sake; to be of comfort to him when he’s distraught. Help me be an example to my children; to show them what it means to be courageous and compassionate, and daring yet measured in pushing back against tyranny.”
The worry began to ebb and I breathed deep. On the exhale He spoke, “I’ve called you for such a time as this.”
I almost stumbled in the midst of my task, bewildered by the beckoning. I’ve heard that phrase so many times, and just assumed it applied to the Moses’s and Esther’s of the world. It’s a specific calling for people like Trump, Gen Flynn and the Frontline Doctors team, right?
The thing of it is, He’s calling all of us. He’s asking all of us to step forward. That talent you have? That passion for something? He placed that in you Himself! He’s asking us to seek Him first then He will add the rest.

I was recently sharing with someone that I never know what I am going to post on Telegram. Sometimes I have an inkling as to what I’d like to post. For example, I came across something asinine AOC said and I was gearing up to lampoon her! Then I was going to share some reflections I had during a field trip to a horse farm today (it was my daughter’s first time on a horse). However, as much as we need a laugh and a gentle reminder, there’s something else weighing on my mind.
My husband is a contractor on a naval base. He texts me during the field trip: The Navy sent an email to all personnel, requiring contractors to be fully vaccinated. By this Monday.”
We anticipated this draconian command yet…
Jen Paske announced later that federal employees and contractors will have 75 days to comply. (The Navy had issued the protocol before any White House announcement.) While the federal deadline is a temporary reprieve from the panic-inducing Naval deadline, it’s still nerve racking.

Habakkuk, from the Old Testament, should be relatable to us. We read of his frustration that God doesn’t appear to be intervening to end the wickedness. Habakkuk brings his anger, doubts and questions to God. He wonders where God’s goodness is because he sees the evil, the tragedies and the injustice.
We wonder, too, don’t we? We wonder if God will do anything to right the wrongs, punish the wicked and help the persecuted.
The book of Habakkuk shows us that He will intervene in the affairs of humanity. The book opens with despondency, but ends in reassurance that He is not only slow to anger and is ready to forgive and heal (this is for our benefit), He will also deal with sin. God tells us to trust His timing and asks us to be faithful to Him even when we don’t understand His plan.
Just like Habakkuk, we can bring our anguishes, our doubts, and our questions to God. We have God’s promise that He hears our supplications, He is not indifferent and He does take action.
And just like it was in the days of Habakkuk, when things got worse before it got better, we are to live by the same principle as Habakkuk: faith, believing that God will restore.

God's Plans Are Not Our Plans – A story of encouragement
A Korean War veteran shares his story. Soon after he joined the army he decided to enter airborne training. Men willing to parachute received higher pay. He was a man of faith and character. He soon became convicted because he had joined the airborne school only for the money.
He requested a transfer, but was "punished" for requesting the transfer. He was put on "grunt patrol." Every day he was forced to march many miles. At the end of the day, the men were ordered to dig elaborate foxholes. This continued for several weeks until he was deployed to Korea.
He and his detachment of 20 men were ordered to hold a line one night during a fierce battle. He dug in with his men. Many of the men could not dig a decent foxhole. He helped them. That night they came under multiple attacks. When the sun came up, there were over thirty dead enemy soldiers laying in front of their position. He and two others were the only American survivors. The British Royal Marines arrived soon after and nearly shot them. The British were not expecting any allied survivors and entered the position ready to fight.
When they were moved behind the lines, it was brutally cold. Many of the soldiers rode in the troop trucks and suffered the loss of toes and fingers due to frostbite. My friend chose to walk. When darkness fell, they came under air attack. The lights on the trucks made them easy targets. He survived.
Three times in 24 hours he came close to death. He survived because he knew how to dig good foxholes and was in good enough shape to walk instead of ride. These abilities came from the “punishment” he had received earlier.
The Lord has good plans for His children.

If you prefer, here is a 40 minute interview of Patel Patriot with X-22.
“Patel Patriot begins the conversation explaining what devolution is and why Trump and the military went in this direction. The elections were stolen and they military caught them all doing it. Once the truth comes out that the [DS] cheated in the election the government will become incapacitated and the military will step in. The military will most likely be deployed around the country to control the rioting. The military will take control until a decision is made of who the president really is by following the constitution.”
