You know you’ve grown when you enter a room you’ve walked in thousands of times before and you’re not feeling any shred of doubt, nervosity or any sort of anxious feeling. You’ve levelled up. You’ve proved yourself, in and at other places and rooms so that when you step in this old acquainted room you carry all that experience with you without you even realizing it. Others can tell and will know. And you will too.

I do my most honest writing after midnight. Not per se my best. But it’s as if after dark, there’s nowhere left to hide, and the writing reveals itself most fluidly and candidly. The most focused would be during the peak of the day, midday. But not per se the most bright,

When a person is losing control of their life they want to gain control by controlling other people including you. They want to restrict your freedom and you being free, because your free spirit and personality upsets them and reminds them of how they themselves are not free.

Sometimes your head knows what to do but your body doesnt respond, and sometimes it’s exact the other way round, your body responds before your head even knows what’s right. True mastery revolves around the unison of both body and head. You’ll always be able to act accordingly.

If you’re unable to express your feelings, and furthermore, repress them, without acknowledging them, giving them space and room to breathe or give them a place, it will be sure your shadow will express them for you. Everything the self doesn’t acknowledge gets siphoned into the dark realm of the shadow. There it will brood, and fester, and it will one day come to light into something heinous and unforeseen. That which the self tries to hide, the shadow latches on to and lashes out. You can never run away from your self.

Dead men tell no tales. But the ones who live after you’re gone do. So make sure you’ve lived an impactful, memorable life worth talking about. Worth telling grand tales about. Make sure you’ve walked the talk and talked about it, to people who actually care about it. There are some people who’ll never care about your stories, no matter how magnificent they were. Only those who truly care about you will carry you in their hearts long after you’ve passed away. This is a form of legacy. This is about being a legend.
