1. تتاخر الوفاة بعد تعرض البطن لضربات راضة ( الجواب بملزمة اصابات الجسم المختلفة ، مال سبلين اعتقد )
2.قد تمتد المسؤولية الطبية العدلية في وفيات التخدير الى 24ساعة

4.تعتبر اصابات فروة الرأس اصابات خطيرة نسبية (لوجود شبكة كثيفة من الاوعية الدموية ......)
5.من الصعب البت بمعرفة الزمن المنقضي على الجثث بعد تفسخها .
سؤال كيس ..
ناقش بدقة واختصار ما توصل اليه الطبيب العدلي بعد ان وجد الاستنتاجات الاتية في جثة المتوفى :
-طلق ناري بشكل عامودي المدخل في المنطقة القصية والمخرج من متوسط الظهر
-اتجاه من الامام للخلف من مسافة تقريبا 50 سم
-الوقت المنقضي عل الوفاة 24-36 ساعه شتاءا
- وجدت رضات غير حيوية في اجزاء مختلفة من جسم المتوفى
When does the patient is considered tb ?
1_ more than 3 yr. From vaccine
2_tuberculosis skin test more than 10 mm
*BCG is a live attenuated vaccine
*DPT is contraindicated in a more than 7yr. Child because may lead to encephalopathy
And if the child tem. Was more than 40c
*Why there is delay in giving rubella or measeles vaccine ?
Because the child have already acquired it from the mother passively- Igg
*BCG : live attenuated vaccine
If Failure of appearance of scar in 10weeks
Then There are Two possibilities
Ethier fail or succeed but no hypersensitivity reaction to skin
To differentiate do Tuberclin skin test if pos. It's done properly if not u should start over again.
*In iraq I do BCG in 4-6 months anyway
*Give Antibiotics to Tx side effects of BCG
Don't give Anti-TB
*if patient have
Hiv then 5mm in tuberclin test is strongly pos. Indicate TB
Also,in endemic area 10mm is strongly pos. Indicate TB
Normal population is 15mm and above is strongly pos to indicate TB
So, more than 3yrs + 10mm indicate TB in iraq
*Pneumococcal vaccine
If I have to have elective spleenctomy I should wait 6 yrs
*Rota is a live attenuated vaccine, contraindicated after 6months
*varicella is alive attenuated vaccine
