🚀 Support Engineer – AI & Agent Platforms | Remote We’re looking for a Support Engineer to help deploy, troubleshoot, and improve AI agents that book real appointments for home service companies. This is a technical + customer-facing role where you’ll work with AI agents, production systems, CRM integrations, and real-time customer issues. 🔧 What You’ll Do • Onboard customers and configure AI agents • Troubleshoot production issues using SQL, Python & Postgres • Analyze logs and LLM traces to identify root causes • Configure CRM integrations, workflows, and scheduling rules • Improve prompts, guardrails, and agent behavior • Work with tools like LangSmith, Twilio, LiveKit & Better Stack • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams ☑ What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of software engineering / technical support experience • Strong SQL + PostgreSQL skills • Python experience • Experience working with JSON/JSONB • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills • High ownership and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment ⭐ Nice to Have • LLMs, AI agents, LangGraph/LangChain/LangSmith • Twilio, LiveKit or voice systems • CRM/API integrations • B2B SaaS or startup experience • Observability tools such as Datadog, Logfire or Better Stack 🌎 Remote Interested?
