The case is different with Phillipines Users you all don't have volte prominence in the country drop comment on what you guys think

Update on Android 13: The builds are completely stable except for one issue where volte is messed up in Indian Carriers The observations we had :- Airtel - Volte works but you can't receive incoming calls with volte on. Jio - No incoming and Jio doesn't support non volte stuff ig. I can't find time to contribute to fixing the bug This issue might be due to :- 1. Old Telephony & Radio Blobs which need to be updated . 2. Maybe our ims has broken again which was made for us by @ phhuson . But this is higly unlikely. Many of our team guys have started trying fixes for Volte Drop your suggestions in comments whether others should release builds with broken volte ( Note- Some carriers may just not function with it example- Jio ).
