13. It is love to give your all as a woman to a man who has proven himself to be committed to your all, and he has done so not by making promises, but through practical steps that lead to marriage. But ignorance is to give yourself to a man who wants physical intimacy but shy away from commitment. 14. It is understanding not to give the privilege of a wife or husband to someone who sees you as an option, but stupidity makes you prove that you're a wife or husband material when your proofs are invalid. 15. No one proves that they're alive; I don't think such a test exists. But ignorance is trying to validate your worth to someone who doesn't appreciate it in the first place. 16. It is understanding to prepare yourself for marriage when you know you're not ready for it, but ignorance is to allow pressure or people push you into it because you're getting old, or because your mates are getting married. 17. It is self-love when you understand that what you intend to do would lead to regret and you avoid it, but stupidity is to throw caution into the air because of the immediate pleasure you'd derive. 18. It is stupidity to love others when you don't love yourself. But understanding is to first love God, then yourself, and then others because you can't give what you do not have. 19. It is ignorance to seek who to marry when you don't know why you're here on earth. Meanwhile, it's understanding to discover why God created you before your quest for a partner. However, when you love your life, you'd major in the major then minor in the minor. 20. Love is when you use your head as you make a major, minor or moderate decision that would affect your life; but stupidity is when you act on the impulse of feelings, excitement, pleasure, and ignorance over regrettable issues. It is love when you help me share this post or tag a friend. It's understanding when you pick one or two lessons and let them become life to you. However, I don't-care attitude is when you ignore and waka pass 😆😁😊

The Difference Between Love, Understanding, and Stupidity Many have said several things about love, but when it comes to its expression, they have done silly things all in the name of I'm in love. Why many say nasty things about love is because they lack the understanding of what love is. Truth be told, many have done foolish things when they thought they were actually in love, but when they knew better, they regretted their silliness. Please understand this, the expression of love does not rip off your common sense, it's folly that ruins your sense of reasoning and makes you act on the impulse of feelings. What is love, understanding, and what's stupidity? You need to know the difference between these, so you can call yourself to order when you're drifting towards folly, or you're not acting in love. Love has no single definition that perfectly describes it. But stupidity is a behavior that shows a lack of good sense or judgment. Love is a command and it's a decision you make based on who you choose to relate with on a deeper level of commitment, but stupidity is your ignorant approach to issues that shows a lack of thoughtful decision or common sense. True love is unconditional, selfless, and sacrificial, but stupidity expressed as love is unreasonable, ignorant, and myopic. Below are the scenarios that show the difference between love, understanding, and stupidity. 1. Love is when you can conveniently give someone ₦2,000 out of ₦10,000, but stupidity is to give someone your school fees or hard-earned money and you're left to soak garri or beg people for money. 2. Stupidity is to express sex as love, and you refrain from correcting your mistake because you think a man would love you as he keeps having sex with you. But understanding is to have the end in mind before you do such. 3. It is love to let go of a toxic relationship, but it's stupidity to hold onto it for fear of the unknown or for becoming single again. 4. Folly is when a Christian tries to convert an unbeliever with the hope that they would change so you can marry him or her, but love is when you understand that you two can't work together because you're incompatible. 5. It is understanding to know that when a relationship does not have marriage as its goal, you quit; but foolishness is when you try to patch it and force it into marriage. 6. It is sheer ignorance to continue with illicit sex because everyone is doing it, but when you love your life and destiny, you'd know that such action would lead to doom. 7. It is love and understanding when you do not collect money from a guy, but silliness is to accept his money when you know that you don't have anything to do with him. 8. Love is when you know what you want in a relationship and you go for it, but stupidity is when you're confused about what you want and you do not seek insight to douse your confusion. 9. It's silly to allow a man to stimulate you sexually but you told him not to penetrate because penetration is sinful and you don't want to lose your virginity, but love is when you flee all appearance of evil that would affect your sexual purity and dignity. 10. It is ignorance of the highest order to think sex is all that a man needs, but understanding makes you focus on those things that would make you indispensable, irreplaceable, and an exceptional life without giving him sex outside the right environment. 11. When a man feels like his money and sexual prowess are all that makes him a man, he's no different from an ignoramus. But a man of understanding knows that his ability to shield a woman from all evil is one of the most important roles a man is to play. 12. It is stupidity to think God would guide you on who to marry when you're busy dating all the Tom, Dick, and Harry who come into your life for a relationship. But understanding makes you trust in Him with all your heart and never lean on your understanding.

Dear Sisters, There are 2 types of Suitors that will come promising marriage.. 1) The One who only came for Sex and will use marriage as a ruse.... 2) The One who actually came for Marriage..... How to know who is who.? CLOSE YOUR LEGS. If he came for sex, he won't stay. He'll find an excuse and leave. Good riddance If he came for marriage, yes, he'll stay, because he knows after marriage, Heaven and Earth will open for him. Stop giving your treasures to swine who will only turn around to rend you . You're Royalty. Royalty isn't cheap May you not miss it in marriage

Dear singles, marriage is for a lifetime. You need to be prepared and ready for it. Don't marry out of ignorance, pressure, competition or material gains. Marry because you think you are truly ready for it not because other people think you are. And to the married: if you were not initially ready and prepared for marriage, today is the time to correct yourself before things run out of hands.

5. Financial readiness: this one concerns the men most. You're not ready for marriage if you can barely feed yourself by yourself. Believe it or not, marriage is a greater financial responsibility. You're to cater not just for yourself but for your family also.

4. Parenting readiness: if there are no challenges whatsoever or agreements not to have children immediately by the two spouses, within a year of marriage, the first baby should be underway.  Are you ready to be a parent?

3. Mental readiness: Marriage comes with huge responsibilities and challenges. From challenges ranging from misunderstandings, occasional conflicts of interest, finance management, delay in childbirth, parenting, career balancing, the extended family, etc, mental weakness is not allowed.

2. Knowledge readiness: Marriage thrives with knowledge. Although one isn't expected to know everything about marriage, however, it's advisable one knows and understands the basics of marriage. Coming into marriage with a position of total ignorance is dangerous.

Readiness for marriage requires the following: 1. Emotional readiness: marriage requires a lot of emtions, healthy ones. Healthy emotional intelligence should be cultivated first. One needs to be emotional stable.

Dear friends, getting married is not as important as being happily married and staying married. Due to unreadiness, many married wrong, many had no single clue of what marriage is all about, many are in abusive and unhealthy marriages, many are separated or divorced.

Sometime ago I met a single lady of 29 years of age crying because she was yet unmarried. Throughout our discussion I observed that she wasn't prepared and ready for marriage, but all she was concerned about was that all her friends were getting married.

Marriage is very sweet and enjoyable, but if one enters it unready it will be disastrous. These days more and more people enter marriage so unprepared and unready. In this part of the world, more often than not, most people marry just because they think they have attained a certain age, that their friends are getting married, the society is mounting pressure on them. And so we see 25, 27, 30, 35, 40, 42, 45, etc who are so unprepared and unready for marriage.

Although no one has the monopoly of marital success, however, nobody should enter it unprepared and unready. Marriage is a very serious business to be entered casually. If you enter it casually, you will end up a casualty.

Please do not marry if you are not ready Should I increase the volume

MARRIAGE IS UNIVERSITY WHERE CHILDREN LEARN THROUGH OBSERVATION ✍️✍️✍️✍️✍️👉. Your children observe what is going on in your marriage more than you think. I grow up with a decision that it is better to be alone than to marry, simple because of my observation from the families that raised me up. You are shaping your children’s life through their views on your marriage life and love. Every marriage is a university where children learn through observation what love is and what marriage should be. Therefore, model the marriage you want your children to experience. The way you treat your spouse daily is how your children will treat their spouses, and more importantly, it is how they will expect to be treated by their spouses. Do not underestimate the power of your influence on your children. The abusive and denigrating words they daily hear are the exact words they will repeat, attract, and experience. The loving, gracious and kind words they hear are the same words they will echo and accept. The physical abuse they see is the abuse they will repeat and tolerate. Model the marriage that you would want your children to emulate and experience. Would you be happy if your daughter is treated in the same way that you treat her mother? Would you be happy if your son is treated in the same way that you treat his father? “He who has ears to hear, let him hear!” (Mark 4:9) Let your prayer be, “Lord help me walk in a way that you would be proud of if my children walked in it. Help me speak to my spouse so lovingly and graciously and act so selflessly that I may reveal and reflect Christ to my children. MAY GOD HELP US IN JESUS NAME 🙏🙏🙏

I got married in 2019 through the customary way. My husband paid everything to the family through his elders to my elders. Our two families met and did everything custom demands. I was formally recognized as his wife. After the marriage we went to the court to register everything then he went back to the US. I continued to stay with my family till he came back this very month to formally take me to join him. Haj, my family and the church have refused to allow me to go with my husband. According to them, I have to do a 'white wedding' before I'm considered his wife. The church is claiming that it's unheard of for their member to marry without a formal wedding. They say it is an affront to God for a christian to get married without formally bringing it to the house of God. My family also says it is a disgrace to them. They say my husband will not respect me because he had me cheap. They are even quarrelling with my husband's family on the issue. Haj, my husband too says he will never do any white wedding and that if they insist he will go his way. I love my husband because he is a very good person but I fear to incur the wrath of my pastors. What do I do?
