STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Friday, September 11, 2026 Topic: IGNORE THE ENEMY'S NOISY DEPARTURE Mark 1:26 "And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him." Read: Mark 1:21-28 When you stand on the Word of God and command a mountain to move, the situation has no choice but to obey the voice of God. But there is a tactic of the enemy you must be aware of: when the devil is packing his bags to leave, he often makes a lot of noise. You speak the Word of the Lord to a sickness or a financial crisis, and the eviction notice is spiritually enforced. But as the enemy is packing his load, he will try to intimidate you by shouting, "I am not going!" This noise usually comes in the form of lingering symptoms, a suddenly higher bill, or a temporary worsening of the situation. Do not let the noise deceive you. The Word of God is absolute authority. If you have commanded the situation in the name of Jesus, the enemy is already packing. Do not withdraw your faith just because the devil is throwing a tantrum on his way out. Stand your ground, ignore the noise, and wait for the manifestation! Confession: I will not be intimidated by the empty threats or noisy departure of the enemy. The Word of the Lord has evicted every problem I have spoken to. I stand my ground in faith, knowing that my victory is secured in Jesus' name. STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Thursday, September 10, 2026 Topic: LET GOD DO IT HIS WAY "But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the Lord his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the leper." 2 Kings 5:11 KJV Read: Isaiah 55:8-9, 2 Kings 5:1-14 One of the greatest hindrances to receiving a miracle is our tendency to dictate exactly how God should perform it. We build an elaborate mental picture of how our breakthrough will happen, who God will use, and what it will look like. When it doesn't happen according to our script, we get frustrated or assume God isn't working. Naaman almost missed his healing because he had a preconceived notion of how the prophet Elisha was going to cure him. He expected a dramatic display—waving of hands, loud prayers, and a spectacular show. Instead, he was told to simply go wash in the muddy Jordan River seven times. It offended his expectations, but his healing was tied to his obedience to God's specific method, not his own preferences. Sometimes God moves in ways that completely baffle human logic. In a prayer meeting years ago, a banker who had suddenly gone blind in one eye came for prayer. We expected him to fall under the power of the Holy Spirit, perhaps rest on the floor for an hour, and then wake up seeing. Instead, blood began to physically pour from the blind eye. It was shocking, messy, and medically confusing—yet by the time that man returned home, his sight was perfectly restored! Do not put the God of the impossible in a religious box. Stop trying to figure out the exact route He will take to deliver you. Whether He uses a spectacular event or the quiet whisper of a seemingly insignificant person—like the slave girl in Naaman's house—remain open to His leading. He will do it again for you, but you must let Him do it His way. Confession: Father, I surrender my expectations of how You should answer my prayers. I trust Your wisdom and Your methods. STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Wednesday, September 9, 2026 Topic: INTRODUCE YOUR MOUNTAIN TO GOD Ezekiel 37:4 "Again he said unto me, Prophesy upon these bones, and say unto them, O ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord." Read: Mark 11:22-24 When the prophet Ezekiel was brought into the valley of dry bones, he was looking at an impossible scene of absolute devastation. God asked him a profound question: "Can these bones live?" But instead of simply speaking life into the bones Himself, God told Ezekiel to prophesy. He instructed the prophet to say, "Hear the word of the Lord." He did not say, "Hear the word of Ezekiel." Your situation might be exceedingly stubborn today because you have only been speaking your own words to it. You have been saying, "I don't know why this is happening to me. I don't know how I will survive." Your problems do not respect your complaints. But all of creation is a product of the Word of God, and all of creation recognizes the voice of its Creator. Even the devil must bow when the Word of the Lord is spoken. Think about a school bully. If a bully is chasing a child, the child doesn't stop to fight in his own strength; he runs home. When he reaches his front door and his father—the heavyweight champion—steps out, the bully suddenly changes his tune. Speaking the Word of God is simply dragging your problem home and introducing your mountain to your Maker! You are letting God step into the ring on your behalf. Do not repeat your experience today; repeat the Word of the Lord. Speak to that joblessness, that financial trouble, or that sickness, and command it to hear the Word of the Lord. As you put His Word in your mouth, your circumstances will hear the voice of the Creator and they will begin to align with His divine will. Today's action: Today, I stop speaking my own words of fear and complaint, and I begin to speak the Word of the Lord. STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Tuesday, September 8, 2026 Topic: YOUR STORY IS NO MYSTERY TO GOD "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?" Psalm 22:1 KJV Read: Isaiah 46:9-10, Psalm 22:1-18 When you are hit with a sudden crisis, it is natural to feel as though you have been caught off guard. But while you may be surprised by the problem, God is never in a panic. You are dealing with God who is working on a canvas far bigger than your human mind can comprehend. A thousand years before Jesus Christ ever went to the cross, David wrote Psalm 22. Long before the Roman Empire existed, long before crucifixion was invented as a method of execution, David recorded the exact words Jesus would speak on Calvary, including the piercing of His hands and feet. In His eternal wisdom, God declares the end from the beginning. In the Garden of Eden, before Mary or Joseph were ever born, God was already prophesying that the seed of the woman would crush the serpent’s head. I want to announce to you today that there is nothing happening in your life right now that God does not already know about. Your story is not a mystery to Him. Before your father and mother ever came together, before you started that business, and long before you faced that disappointment, He knew about it. He knew the pressure you would face today, and He has already factored it into His plan for your life. Do not allow the enemy to convince you that your situation is too big, too complex, or too far gone. The same Spirit of God that hovered over the darkness of Genesis 1 is hovering over your life right now. He is the God of the impossible, and He specializes in redeeming hopeless situations. Rest in the assurance that He has already prepared the way out. Confession: My life is not a mystery to God. He knew about my current challenges before I was even born, and He has already prepared my victory. I refuse to panic, knowing that my heavenly Father has everything entirely under control. STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Monday, 7th September, 2026 Topic: WHO ARE YOU LISTENING TO? The sheep that are My own hear My voice and listen to Me; I know them, and they follow Me. John 10:27 AMP Read: John 10:3-5. Gen 3:1-6 The voice you listen to is purely your choice. Eve had a wonderful relationship with God in the Garden of Eden and herself, and Adam fellowshipped with God in the cool of the day every day in the garden. They knew His voice, so when a different voice spoke to Eve, she knew it was not God, and yet she chose to listen  to and obey the voice. Genesis 3:1  Now, the serpent was more subtle than any animal of the field which Yahweh God had made. He said to the woman, “Yes, has God said, ‘You shall not eat of any tree of the garden?” The devil came with a question that put doubt in Eve's heart towards God. Did God really say this? Was his question. Eve could have resisted the devil, but she chose to listen to him. Whose voice are you listening to in your heart and mind? Is it the voice that tells you that you shall die prematurely, or is it the One that tells you with long life will I satisfy you and show you my salvation? Are you listening to the one that tells you; you will live your days out in poverty or the one that tells you your needs are met according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus? There is a voice that gives you peace when you listen to it, and that is the voice you are to listen to, for it is the voice of your Father in Heaven. There is a great need to learn to and choose to listen to the voice of your Father, for it is the voice that brings peace into your heart and mind. It is the voice that shows you the right way to go and tells you the right thing to do. As you listen to God’s voice on a regular basis, as often as you talk to Him, you will find your way becoming clear as He brings direction your way. Trust in His direction, for He will never lead you astray. Confession:  I pay attention and listen to God’s word daily, and I would not be led astray. STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Sunday, 6th September, 2026 Topic: Do you Know who you are? Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV Read Acts 22:1-29 Paul in Acts 22, used his Roman identity when he was about to be scourged (beaten). He said to the centurion, "Is it lawful to scourge a Roman citizen who was not condemned?" They immediately aborted every plan to scourge him and were afraid. This is due to the high value that was placed on a Roman citizen in those days, that even people will buy the citizenship to get the special privilege that comes with it. In the same manner, when a believer recognizes His identity in Christ, he can stop the attack of the devil. Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. James 4:7 NKJV. The devil knows that he has no right to scourge you a second time because Jesus already took the curse on your behalf. You cannot take the substitute and the substituted at the same time. Jesus is the head and we are the body. Sickness, disease, and lack are not in the DNA of Jesus and therefore it has no place in our lives. Stand your ground and resist the devil in every area of your life. Remember the devil comes to steal, kill and destroy but we have abundant overflowing life in God through Jesus Christ. STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Saturday, September 5, 2026 Topic: Sow the Right Seeds Proverbs 18:21 "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof." Read: Ephesians 4:29-32 Your heart is like soil; it does not argue with the seed you give it. If you plant spinach, the ground will not reject it and decide to grow corn instead. It will simply produce what it has been given. Because our spirits emanated from God, the soil of the human heart is incredibly powerful. Whatever you plant into it will either lift you to greatness or destroy your destiny. This truth is especially important for parents. You must be exceedingly careful about the words you speak over your children. When you tell a child out of anger, "You will never amount to anything," or "You are as useless as your father," you are planting destructive seeds into the fertile soil of their heart. If that seed takes root, their life will reproduce exactly what you spoke. Repent of this and begin to actively speak edifying words over your children. God models how we should speak. When Abram was old and childless, God didn't remind him of his failures; God changed his name to Abraham which means "Father of Many Nations," deliberately planting a seed of greatness into his heart. We must do the same. Speak life, speak destiny, and speak the Word of God over yourself and your children. If the devil cannot destroy your heart with negative words, he cannot destroy your destiny! Confession: My mouth is an instrument of life, not death. I refuse to plant seeds of defeat, fear, or failure into my heart or the hearts of my children. STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Friday, September 4, 2026 Topic: TRAVELING IN THE DIVINE CONVOY Luke 10:19 "Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." Read: Psalm 91:1-11 Imagine you are traveling on a busy highway, and suddenly you are merged into the convoy of a powerful governor or president. Sirens are blaring, security vehicles are in front, and escorts are behind you. As long as you stay in the middle of that VIP convoy, can anyone stop your car? Absolutely not! Every roadblock must be cleared, and all traffic must give way because you are moving under the authority of a higher power. This is exactly how you operate in the realm of the spirit as a child of God. Jesus did not just leave us to figure things out on our own; He gave us authority over all the works of the enemy. You are traveling in the convoy of the Almighty! When you command sickness to leave, or when you bind the spirit of fear, you are not doing it in your own human strength. You are doing it backed by the supreme authority of Jesus Christ. If the enemy tries to stand in your way today, remind him of whose convoy you are in. You do not need to beg God to defeat the devil; God has already given you the power. Step into your authority, sound your spiritual siren through praise and the Word, and watch the enemy clear the path! Confession: I travel in the divine convoy of the Almighty God! I have been given authority over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me. I boldly command every obstacle in my path to give way in the mighty name of Jesus. STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Thursday, 3 September 2026 Topic: PLANTED BY THE RIVERS Jer 17:7-8 “Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit. Read: Ps 1:1-3 If you are planted in God and make Him the centre of your Iife, you are then planted by the rivers. Curses can not prosper against you when you are planted by the rivers. God in you protects you from every curse. The pillar of cloud and pillar of fire in the wilderness was God's idea, not Moses, and that was  to protect them. There will be no want of provision for the one planted by the rivers because his roots are deep in the Lord. When God gives an assignment, the provision will always precede the need. God is God, and He will always provide if you allow Him to be God in your life. God will keep and provide for you always. God's mercy of forgiveness and freedom from accusations of the adversary will also be experienced when you are planted by the rivers. The adversary brings accusations against you in order to stop you from moving and progressing in life. His main aim is to hinder your destiny from being fulfilled. If you determine whether to stay planted by the rivers, no accusation against you will be able to stop you from becoming who you were created to be. Jesus is standing with you, and as you keep your gaze focused on Him, you will realize that it is truly finished. Everything the enemy can ever throw at you was truly finished on the cross. Stay planted. The devil only has as much power in your life as you give him through fear. When you do not act in faith but act in fear, you are giving him the authority to work in your life. Confession: I trust in the Lord with the whole of my heart. I depend on His love and give no place to fear. I am shielded from every evil in Jesus' name. Amen. STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Wednesday, September 2 2026 A Home after God’s Heart Acts 13:22 AMP And when He had deposed him, He raised up David to be their king; of him He bore witness and said, I have found David son of Jesse a man after My own heart, who will do all My will and carry out My program fully. [I Sam. 13:14; Ps. 89:20; Isa. 44:28.] Read Gen 12:1-4 A Home after God’s Heart is where everyone in the family, especially the head of the family, is willing to go God’s Way and instruct his family the same. This home recognizes the leadership that God has ordained for the home. Wives submit to the Christlike leadership of your husbands. Husbands, love your wives and don’t be rough, cruel, unpleasant, or unkind with them. (Col 3:18-19 Remedy). Don’t be harsh or insensitive to your wife. Love her just as Christ loves us. A Mother will teach her children to respect their father. No one is perfect. The father’s weakness must never be a topic of discussion in the house. This will give your children a proper foundation as they learn to honor the God-ordained leader in the house. Fathers do not aggravate your children, so they do not become discouraged. Do not have unrealistic expectations of your child. Be involved in the lives of your children, play with them, communicate with them, teach them skills, and help them to apply the Word of God to their daily life. Confession: I will do my part to have a home after God’s heart. I will yield to the Holy Spirit leading in my daily life. My home will be a reference point for the Kingdom. Strength for Today Devotional Tuesday, September 1, 2026 Topic: TAKING YOUR PRESCRIPTION ​ "My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh." Proverbs 4:20-22 KJV ​Read: Psalm 107:19-21 ​When a doctor gives you a prescription, you follow the instructions carefully. If they say take it three times a day, you do it because you want to get well. The Word of God is heavenly medication, and Proverbs 4:22 tells us that God's words are literal health and medicine to all our flesh. ​Years ago, during one of the healing crusades I did, a woman in a wheelchair ran out of the chair completely healed. There was a second woman who was also in a wheelchair but she didn’t get any dramatic manifestation. I simply gave her a list of healing scriptures and told her to read them every day, just like a prescription. She took that spiritual medicine faithfully. Later, she walked into another crusade completely healed! She testified that as she read the scriptures, the very first thing that happened was that the fear of the disease left her. Once the fear was broken by the Word, her body gradually began to heal, and her legs gained strength. ​The Word of God will drive any fear out of your life. The doctor may have given you a frightening report. But if you will take the Word of God day and night, it will drive that nonsense out of your life! Do not handle the Word of God casually; handle it like your life depends on it. ​Confession: The Word of God is life to my spirit and health to all my flesh. I take my spiritual prescription daily. STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Topic: DAILY SPIRITUAL NUTRITION Monday, August 31, 2026 "This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success." Joshua 1:8 KJV Read: Colossians 3:16-17 How many times do you eat physical food in a day? If food is delayed in your house, it can cause a major argument! We understand the absolute necessity of feeding our physical bodies daily, yet many believers try to fight massive spiritual battles while fasting the wrong man—they starve their spirit. You cannot stand in front of a plate of pounded yam and soup and simply command it to make an entrance into your belly. You have to sit down, take a spoon, and physically eat it. In the exact same way, the Word of God will not magically enter your heart just because you own a Bible. You must consciously put it into your mouth and speak it until it gets into your heart. The Word of God was written so that you can speak it. If your heart is deficient and empty of the Word, you will not have the spiritual "credit" to make the call when a crisis hits. You need to eat the Word of God every single day. Do you need healing? Take scriptures like 1 Peter 2:24 and Matthew 8:17, and feed on them daily. Do you need provision? Feed on Psalm 23. When you continuously put the Word of God in your mouth, your heart gets filled, and faith automatically comes! Confession: I refuse to starve my spirit. I make a daily commitment to feed on the Word of God. The Word is in my mouth and in my heart, building my faith and making my way prosperous! STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Topic: KEEP FIRING THE WORD Sunday, August 30, 2026 Ephesians 6:17 "And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:" Read: James 4:7, Mark 11:12-24 When a crisis hits or a symptom in your body flares up aggressively, fear is a natural initial reaction. But as a believer, you cannot afford to let fear paralyze you. You must open your mouth and use your spiritual authority. A great man of God once shared a story about going to preach in Japan. The devil confronted him, threatening to kill him. Fear gripped his heart, but he knew he had to speak. He didn't beg God to handle it; he used his authority and commanded the devil to back off. To his surprise, the enemy just laughed at him! Have you ever spoken the Word of God to a situation, and it felt like the problem was mocking you? Maybe the medical bill got higher, or the pain got sharper. When that happens, what do you do? You keep speaking! The man of God noticed that even though the enemy was laughing loudly, he was slowly moving backward. The Bible calls the Word of God the "sword of the Spirit." In the realm of the spirit, your mouth is a gun, and the Word of God is the bullet. You need to fire the Word out of your mouth continually. If you fire a warning shot and the enemy doesn't run, keep firing until the situation bows. Do not be intimidated by loud symptoms or mocking circumstances. Jesus slept through a raging storm because He was full of the Word, and when He woke up, He simply said, "Peace, be still," and the storm obeyed. Fill your heart with the Word, and don't stop speaking it over your life. Keep commanding the situation, and watch the enemy back down! Confession: The Word of God in my mouth is the sword of the Spirit! I will not be intimidated by the mocking lies of the enemy. I will keep speaking, I will keep commanding, and I will keep firing the Word until every circumstance in my life aligns with the will of God. STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Saturday, August 29, 2026 Topic: MY HEALING IS ALREADY PAID FOR 1 Peter 2:24 "Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed." Read: Isaiah 53:4-5 Have you ever thought about how people were healed in the Old Testament before Jesus went to the cross? Before His body was broken and His blood was shed, how did people receive miracles? The answer is simple: they were healed on credit. When you use a credit card, you are spending money you might not currently have in your bank account, but the bank allows the transaction because they trust that at the end of the month, the bill will be paid. In the Old Testament, God healed the sick, opened blind eyes, and delivered the oppressed on "credit." He operated on a "spend now, pay later" basis because He knew that Jesus Christ was coming to pay the ultimate bill on Calvary. If people could experience profound healing and deliverance under the Old Covenant on credit—before the price was fully paid—how much more should we walk in total health today? Jesus has already paid the price! The bill has been settled. Whatever you are dealing with today, you do not have to wait for God to decide if He will heal you. He already decided when He sent Jesus to the cross. If they were healed looking forward to the cross, you are healed looking back at it. Do not accept the lie that you must live with that pain or that condition because of your age or your family history. The price is paid in full. Rise up today and possess the healing and deliverance that belongs to you! Confession: Thank You, Jesus, for paying the ultimate price for my freedom! I am not waiting to be healed; I was healed over two thousand years ago by Your stripes. I enforce my healing today. I refuse to accept sickness, and I declare that I am living in total health. STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Friday, August 28, 2026 Topic: YOUR HEART IS THE PRODUCTION CENTER "Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life." Proverbs 4:23 KJV Read: Luke 5:15, Mark 5:25-29 The progression of faith is simple but powerful: saying, hearing, believing, and doing. In Luke 5:15, uncountable multitudes came to Jesus first to hear, and then to be healed. They didn't just come for a quick miracle; they came to hear the Word, because the Word is what produces the faith necessary for the miracle. Think of your heart as the production center of your life. Just like physical soil, it will reproduce whatever you plant into it. If you plant corn in the ground, the ground doesn't argue; it grows corn. If you plant the Word of God in your heart, it will produce faith, healing, and victory. But if you allow seeds of fear, negative medical reports, or the discouraging words of men to take root, that is what your life will reproduce. You cannot be defeated externally until you are first defeated internally. Many believers want an instant miracle without taking the time to feed their spirit. But you cannot survive spiritually on an empty tank, just like you cannot make a phone call without sufficient credit. You must eat the Word of God every single day, just as you eat physical food. The woman with the issue of blood had suffered for twelve years and was physically and financially broken. But when she heard of Jesus, faith was produced in her heart. She began to speak her faith, touched His garment, and received her healing. Whatever crisis you are facing—whether a health challenge, a financial constraint, or a family issue—find the scriptures that cover that area. Read them, bathe your mind in them, and speak them out loud daily until every trace of fear leaves you. Let the Word of God dwell in you richly. Today's Thought: My heart is the production center of my life, and I choose to plant the Word of God into it daily. I will not be moved by fear or negative reports. Romans 4:20 KJV Read: Hebrews 10:19-23 Did you know that praising God is not just an emotional response—it is the highest form of spiritual confession? In the Greek text of the New Testament, the word used for "thanks" in Hebrews 13:15 is the exact same root word used for "profession" or "confession" in Hebrews 10:23. This means that when you are praising God, you are boldly confessing your agreement with His Word and the finished work of Christ. Abraham understood this principle. When his physical body was past the age of producing a child, and Sarah’s womb was dead, he did not stagger in unbelief. Instead, the Bible says he grew strong in faith by giving glory to God. Praise was the tool he used to fight off doubt. When you are told that it is too late for your miracle, that your business is finished, or that your body cannot heal, you have a choice. You can either confess your fears, or you can begin to give glory to God for the finished work of Jesus Christ. Consider the story of a single mother left to raise two children alone. The odds were against her naturally, but she laid hold of the Word of God and simply began to praise Him for her complete restoration. She praised Him before she saw any change. And because she ordered her conversation aright through praise, God brought a supernatural turnaround, bringing a godly husband into her life who adopted her children. Praise creates a habitation for the Most High. It is the protocol of the Kingdom. You cannot enter a king's palace without bringing honor; similarly, you step into God's presence and activate His power through your praise. Today, begin to call the things that are not as though they were. Praise Him in advance for the victory! Confession: I declare that I am strong in faith, giving glory to God! I refuse to stagger at God's promises through unbelief. Through my praise, I confess that my needs are met, my body is healed, and my family is delivered by the finished work of Jesus Christ. STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Wednesday, August 26, 2026 Topic: ALL OF CREATION HAS EARS Mark 11:23 "For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith." Read: Mark 11:12-14, 21-24 In Mark 11, Jesus did something that seemed unusual to the natural mind: He spoke to a tree. Why would Jesus talk to a fig tree? Because all of creation is a product of the spoken Word of God, which means all of creation has ears to hear the Word of God! The Greek word used when Jesus spoke to the tree is 'epo', which means to command, to call, to speak. It is the exact same word used in 2 Corinthians 4:6 when God commanded the light to shine out of darkness. If a tree has ears to hear the command of the Lord, then the problems in your life also have ears! Your sickness has ears. Your financial struggle has ears. That generational curse has ears. Because they exist in a realm created by the spoken Word, they must bow when the spoken Word is directed at them. Many believers spend all their time begging God to speak to their mountains, forgetting that Jesus has already given us authority over all the works of the enemy. Your mouth is the gun, and the Word of God is the bullet. When you face an aggressive manifestation of the enemy—whether it is a threatening medical bill, a sudden symptom in your body, or a family crisis—do not sit in silence. You must speak to it! Even if it feels like the enemy is mocking you and nothing is changing immediately, keep speaking. Keep commanding that situation to line up with the finished work of Christ. Stand up in your God-given authority today, open your mouth, and command every trouble to take its hands off your life! Confession: I exercise my God-given authority over my life today. I speak directly to the mountains in my life and I command them to move! Sickness, poverty, and fear—take your hands off my life, my business, and my family! Strength for Today Devotional Tuesday 25 August, 2026 Topic: Increase Is Still Ahead For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11 KJV Read: Isaiah 51:1–2; Psalm 92:12–14; Acts 27:10-26, Acts 28: 1-10 Your increase is not behind you; it is in front of you. The second half of this year holds new opportunities, open doors, and fresh manifestations of God’s plan. Paul had just gone through a shipwreck but he remained assured of God's plan for his life. On the Island of Malta, he received much honour and plenty supplies for his journey. He refused to give up because He knew God is faithful to His Word. Do not allow disappointment make you give up. The Father’s eyes are upon you to show Himself strong. Promotion, healing, provision, and favour are coming your way. Keep doing what God has called you to do. Walk in love, be a person of prayer, be generous in your giving and your increase is here already. Your best days are not behind you. They are in front of you. Your path is like the path of the righteous and it shines brighter and brighter. Confession: My increase is ahead of me. The Father’s plan for my life will be fulfilled. STRENGTH FOR TODAY DEVOTIONAL Monday, 24th August 2026 Topic: My Healer You fathers—if your children ask for a fish, do you give them a snake instead? Or if they ask for an egg, do you give them a scorpion? Of course not! So if you sinful people know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him? Luke 11:11–13 (NLT) Jesus asked the people listening a very important question that still resonates with us today. How many parents would intentionally give their child something dangerous, like a snake, when the child asks for food? No sane parent would do that. God is saying here that even with our imperfections as parents, we still strive to do right by our children. How much more will God not do far more for us? He is perfect and entirely good. There is no deceit in Him. He is the perfect Parent we could ever have. This is why it is surprising when we doubt His willingness to heal us. Jesus took all the suffering for sin and sickness upon His body. That is why 1 Peter 2:24 says, “He personally carried our sins in His body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By His wounds you are healed.” Healing is your covenant right as a child of God, and your Daddy—our Abba Father—has ensured that nothing can hinder you from obtaining this right. This is why Jesus came: to pay the price for our sins, so we can boldly lay claim to our inheritance, having been qualified through the blood of Jesus. Today’s Confession: Thank You, Daddy God, for loving me so much. I am redeemed from the curse of the law. Sickness has no dominion over me because Jesus bore my sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses on the cross, and by His stripes, I was healed. Every organ in my body functions in the perfection to which God created it. My heart, kidneys, liver, lungs, pancreas, blood, bone marrow, arteries, veins, and cells are all saturated in 1 Peter 2:24.
