This abstract is used for the conference review and presentation process. Full paper submission The full 8-page paper is submitted later, with the current deadline set as 7 September 2026. Therefore, at this stage, researchers do not need to submit the full paper before the abstract deadline. Acceptance letters The acceptance letter is issued based on the review of the submitted abstract. This allows authors to proceed with their conference-related academic procedures in due time. Review timeline The review process starts after submission and is handled as promptly as possible. Its purpose is to improve the submitted work, not to reject it. Authors may generally expect feedback and acceptance notification after the abstract review is completed through the submission system. Final submission deadline The current deadlines are: Abstract Deadline: 13 April 2026 Full (8-page) Paper Deadline: 7 September 2026 Registration / publication fee per paper The current fees are: Online presentation: 230 € late On-site delegate: 400 € late Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one paid registration to be included in the proceedings/publication process. Payment is completed via PayPal/credit card or bank transfer through the registration process. Discounts beyond the 2+1 policy At present, the official support scheme is the 2+1 waiver policy: if 2 accepted papers from your network are registered, a 3rd paper is free of charge. If you coordinate 3 accepted and registered papers, you may also optionally propose a dedicated session. Please also note that at least 3 registered papers are required for the Session Chair role. At this stage, we do not offer an additional official discount beyond this scheme.
