POSITION OVERVIEW
The Salesforce Administrator will lead the ongoing development of our
Salesforce.com deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and CRM user adoption. The SF Administrator will work closely with Commercial Management and stakeholders to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes as well as evaluate and optimize existing processes. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform, as well as driving long-term roadmap strategy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include but are not limited to:
1.Serve as primary System Administrator for the Salesforce CRM
2.Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, flows and processes, and other routine tasks
3.Ensure appropriate sharing models are implemented and maintained
4.Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
5.Manage
Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations, including integrated third-party apps
6.Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests, including Sandbox testing in coordination with integration teams
7.Work with management, users, and stakeholders to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
8.Assist in training of new users, and grow the
Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
9.Maintain library of function-specific user guides and knowledge base
10.Develop and maintain system documentation and processes around change requests, testing, and deployment
11.Sales analytics including monthly reporting as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Qualifications
1.2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud)
2.Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or related topic
3.Salesforce.com Admin or Advanced Admin certification preferred
4.Demonstrated ability using API with Salesforce integrations
5.Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel
6.Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
7.Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows/flows/processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
8.In-Depth understanding of
Salesforce.com best practices, products and functionality
9.Ability to lead cross-functional working sessions to gather user requirements/specifications and translate to new processes and system configurations
10.Proficiency in creating profiles, assigning roles, and managing access
11.A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
12.A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
13.Experience with marketing platforms preferred (e.g. Pardot, Marketo) is preferred
14.Experience with data visualization tools preferred (e.g. Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI)
