âŞď¸While husband is slogging, wife chooses to remain idle and play perpetual victim
âŞď¸Minor child in mother's custody becomes biggest tool for wife in maintenance cases
âŞď¸Interim Maintenance is purely enhanced on husband's ongoing income (no contribution of wife since 2018)
âŞď¸Even if cases are found to be false after years/decades, not a penny will be reversed. In fact, the wife will still be rewarded with permanent alimony in crores
âŞď¸If husband is guilty, convict him. But justice to wife is all about lifelong taxfree money, without conclusion on divorce
NOTE:
âŞď¸Calcutta HC has ordered Rs 4 lakh per month till disposal of main petition (pending since 7 years)
âŞď¸The enhancement of maintenance has been ordered with "retrospective effect - since 2018 - when wife initiated cases"
âŞď¸This means Shami needs to pay:
~Rs 4 lakh x 84 months = Rs 3.5 crore approx upfront
~PLUS Rs 4 lakh pm WITHOUT SINGLE CHARGE AGAINST HIM PROVEN
