*Waiting list restored for recruitments to public service in Jammu and Kashmir.*
February, 19th :
Administrative Council in its meeting, held on 19th of February, 2024, under the Chairmanship of Shri Manoj Sinha, Honβble LG approved re-consideration of its earlier Decision dated 07-09-2023 and restored enabling provisions for drawing up of wait lists in recruitment to public services in the Government. The Administrative Council decided to withdraw amendments made out in the J&K Civil Services Decentralization and Recruitment Rules, 2010 in terms of S.O 496 of 2023, J&K, Appointment of Class-IV (Special Recruitment) Rules, 2020 vide S.O. 497 of 2023, J&K Combined Competitive Examination Rules, 2018 vide S.O.498 of 2023 and also in the Business Regulations of JKPSC/JKSSB, and other rules/regulations in any other department/ service ab-initio. It was also decided to grant one time exemption to recruiting agencies to draw up wait list within six months, for those select lists, which have been issued since earlier decision. However this shall be subject to the condition that such wait list(s) are drawn within validity period of the select list and resultant vacancies on account of non-joining of selected candidates have not been re-advertised. The decision shall help in timely filing up of vacancies, with additional benefits such as avoidance of delays in re-referral of vacancies, reduction of time consumed in subsequent selections, and allow candidates to secure employment before attainment of upper-age limit.

Assalamu alaikum sir, someone had asked for the strategy for qualifying jkssb exams. Alhamdulillah. I have recently qualified FAA and I can suggest the following strategy and then the sources:
Make a timetable allocating atleast 1 hour for a subject and stay consistant.
Avoid multiple sources.
Precise and confined notes with a touch of Ncerts are sufficient.
Dont move to next topic if the previous is left uncleared.
Practice topic wise Mcqs from authentic websites only ( I preferred BYJUS) .
Revise yesterday's topic today before moving on the next topic.
Keep a day in a week or fortnight for revising the entire studied material.
Keep away from social media as it consumes our time and keeps the mind occupied with useless things.
Separate yourself from the world ( except your family and the friends who motivate you) for 2/3 months.
The most important: Remember the Almighty in every situation.

Lateef Sir
Recently one of the sisters who completed her B Pharmacy in Sssutms sehore MP, while collecting her documents Marksheet etc forgot to collect the Bonafide certificate. Now if any brother of Kashmir studying in or around Bhopal can help to collect the said document on her behalf is highly appreciated. It's important to mention here that her family issues & financial conditions are not supporting her for another visit.
The required documents like Marksheet & Aadhaar card will be send to the interesting person on the condition that the Privacy of the said sister is kept confidential.
Further more info about the matter can be sought on 9906775670.
Kindly post the said request on your social media accounting apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, X, Facebook for wider publicity....
Thanks in advance
Riaz Ah (on behalf of Said Sister)
Today, FAA selectees who have got domicile issue are visiting Jkssb office at jammu and Srinagar. If anyone else who is facing this issue joins them at respective offices, it will be better to go in masses. Individually, they may be reluctant to do any needful but collectively we can achieve anything that is our legal right.
Have got similar messages earlier also. If anyone ,who got selected in recently conducted exams, wants to share his/her strategy and is willing to help other Aspirants, may please get in contact with me.
