Position - FINANCE CONTROLLER Location - Bangalore Company - Micro Plastics Pvt Ltd Exp - 4 to 5 years Qualification - CA Budget - 20 to 25 LPA JOB SUMMARY: 1. GST Management: • Prepare and submit monthly GST returns. • Perform reconciliation of GST data to ensure accuracy. • Handle ITC 04 and GSTR9/9C filings. • Manage GST refunds efficiently. 2. TDS/TCS Compliance: • Ensure timely monthly payment of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and TCS (Tax Collected at Source). • Prepare and submit TDS/TCS returns. • Clear any notices related to TDS/TCS compliance. 3. ESI/EPF/PT Management: • Ensure the accurate and timely monthly payment of Employee State Insurance (ESI), Employee Provident Fund (EPF), and Professional Tax (PT). 4. Quarterly and Annual Performance Reporting: • Prepare Quarterly Performance Reports (QPR) and Annual Performance Reports as required by the management. 5. Financial Statements (FS) Preparation: • Prepare interim and year-end Financial Statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations. 6. Renewals of RCMC's: • Coordinate and oversee the renewal of Registration-cum-Membership Certificates (RCMC) for FY 2023. Note that this is part of the Company Secretary's responsibility. 7. Insurance Declarations: • Ensure monthly insurance declarations are accurately filed, and insurance coverage is maintained as needed. 8. Tax Compliance: • Manage the filing of Form 61A, Income Tax Returns (ITR's), and Advance Tax calculations. 9. System Controls: • Implement and oversee system controls, including the locking of books and creation of General Ledgers (GL's). • Perform monthly scrutiny of statutory GL's to ensure accuracy and compliance. 10. Audit Coordination: • Act as a coordinator for various audits, including internal audits, statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing audits. 11. Tax Queries Support: • Provide support to the team by addressing any direct and indirect tax queries, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
