Mawlid was first celebrated by the shia in the FOURTH century; it's a bid'ah in the deen and as the prophet ﷺ said: EVERY bid'ah is misguidance. There is no good misguidance! Abandon it and warn against innovating in the religion. You can't love him ﷺ more than his companions!

Shaykh Al Albani: “Imam Malik ibn Anas said: ‘Whoever introduces an innovation into Islam and considers it to be good has claimed that Muhammad ﷺ betrayed the message (of islam).Read the words of Allah: ‘Today I have perfected your religion for you, completed My blessing upon upon you, and chosen Islam as your religion.’ (Qur’an 5:3) Imam Malik also said: ‘The latter part of this Ummah will not be rectified except by what rectified its earlier generations. So whatever was not considered part of the religion at that time cannot be considered part of the religion today.’” رحمهما الله

Celebrating the Mawlid is a Bid’ah! If it were truly good, the Companions and the Imams of the Salaf would have preceded us in celebrating it. لَوْ كَانَ خَيْرًا مَّا سَبَقُونَا إِلَيْهِ ۚ "If it had [truly] been good, they would not have preceded us to it." Quran 46:11

Shaykh ibn Baz رحمه الله: “When the need (you have) is delayed (from being fulfilled), don’t blame your Lord. Don’t say: Why, why (haven’t you answered my du’a) my Lord?! Rather, it’s upon you to return back to yourself and take account of yourself, for indeed your Lord is All-Wise and All-Knowing. Therefore, return back to yourself and look. Perhaps you have something with you from the sins and the acts of disobedience which is the reason for the delay in the answer (for your du’a).” [Majmoo’ al-Fatawa (v. 5, pp. 304-305)]

1- The definition of Tawheed. Belief that Allah alone is the Creator, Sustainer, and Master of the universe. 2- The definition of Shirk (polytheism). Associating partners with Allah in any aspect that is exclusive to Him alone, whether in His Lordship (Rububiyyah), His Worship (Uluhiyyah), or His Names and Attributes (Asma' wa Sifat). 3- The state of the polytheists among whom the Prophet ﷺ was sent. They acknowledged Allah as the Supreme Creator, yet bowed to idøLs. The Prophet ﷺ was sent to call them from merely knowing their Lord to worshipping Him alone. Unquestionably, for Allah is the pure religion. And those who take protectors besides Him [say], 'We only worship them that they may bring us nearer to Allah in position.'" (Surah Az-Zumar, 39:3) 4- The definition of ‘Ibadah (worship). It's every thought, word, and action done to please Allah. From prayer to smiling, from earning halal to helping others – when done with sincerity and according to the Sunnah, it all becomes worship. "I did not create jinn and mankind except to worship Me." (Quran 51:56) 5- The difference between Rubūbiyyah (Lordship) & Ulūhiyyah (Worship), and the connection between them. Rubūbiyyah (Lordship) Belief that Allah alone is the: Creator, Sustainer, Master of Everything Directing all acts of worship to Allah alone: Prayer, Du'a, Sacrifice, Reliance.
