دكتور جمال ودكتور سعد -اخذ هستري؟ Female,41,loin pain, repeated vomiting,for two day duration . طبعاً البيشنت كالتلي انه كالولي زائدة اني هنا جلبت بالزائدة وشفتها تأشر انه الالم بright iliac fossa -تتوقع هذا زائدة لو لا؟ كتله اي كال شوف مكان الالم وين طلع مكانه loin pain والزائدة ما يجي معاها repeated vomiting الا في حالة حديثي الولادة الي عدهم pyloric spasm . -شنو الsymptoms مال الزائدة ؟ Loss of appetite,rare vomiting,low grade fever,early periumblicial pain then shifting to right iliac fossa ,constiption, in special condition cause diarrhea (ذكرهم بس نسيتهم). -difference between shifting and radiation pain with example ? -اكو sign في physical examinations يدل على الزائدة ؟ عددتلهم الي نعرفهم كال كلهم ما اريدهم اريد McBurney point tenderness -specific investigation?
