Sorry I forgot to post the batch file here it is. Make sure to follow the instructions clearly above and you shouldn't have any problems

1: Put platform tools on your computer first unzip it. You can either Download From Here https://developer.android.com/studio/releases/platform-tools Or use the one posted 2: then run Adb by going into the platform tools folder then right click and press shift at the same time then select open command promt window here (if your using Windows 10 select open powershell window here) 3: then go on your LG classic and dial ##228378 and go to developer options then select usb debugging then turn it on. 4: Now plug your phone into your computer and press ok to allow usb debugging on the message that pops up on your phone. 5: Next in the command prompt window type ./Adb devices. make sure you see your phone is connected 6: put the batch file in the platform tools folder then click on the batch file and it will open a command prompt window just press enter til you see the voice access set up pop up on your phone screen. 7: On your phone go to your notifications then tap on voice access then click the top right button on your phone and select setting then go to configure activation key and press the key you would like to use then say 3 to set Useful Tip: use the panic button on the back of the phone for voice access
