(Neutral) HBG Hotels: The company increased authorised share capital to ₹45 Cr, approved 56.65 lakh convertible warrants at ₹83 each and acquired 7,000 sq. m.of land for ₹36 Cr. — Neutral Fairfax / IDBI Bank: Fairfax is set to acquire a 60.72% stake in IDBI Bank at ₹81 per share, alongside an open offer. (Neutral) Fujiyama Power Systems: The company and two senior executives paid penalties of ₹3 lakh each, totalling ₹9 lakh, following a BIS search and seizure operation. The company expects seized products worth ₹2.52 Cr to be released, with operations unaffected.
