#30daysGREwritingChallenge ~ Day 6 • A Wanderer's Journey • He woke up. Or something woke him up. It wasn't clear; maybe it was his usual prescience, the usual small, delicate voice in his mind telling him to seize the opportunity and go for another adventure. He loved this, but he had to fight the culpability that would storm at him now and then—radical voices from everywhere, dark whispers all reminding him of what he gave up for this rustic lifestyle. He shook them off with a wave of his head. His light brown curls were starting to engender a more feminine appearance on his face. He raked his fingers through his hair and rose. Small rays of light pierced their way through the tiny spaces between the tree leaves. It had a fresh and gossamer sensation. He looked ahead and sighed. He'd had it with crowded villages, and he knew one was just ahead. His head ached with the memories—vociferous screams, superfluous conversations, and to exacerbate things, there was this one shopkeeper who thought himself to be a voluble being. But to the wanderer's peace-seeking mind, he was just another glib. It didn't matter to the shopkeeper how apathetic the wanderer looked; he would still finish his harangue and jump to the next one. The wanderer sighed again, stood up, picked up his small backpack, and decided to choose another way—one that looked more recondite, one that wouldn't force unpleasant thoughts and memories on him, one that would maybe be the one... -Paw ^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^ gossamer characterized by unusual lightness and delicacy vociferous expressing your opinions loudly and strongly exacerbate to make worse superfluous serving no useful purpose more than is needed or desired or required engender give rise to apathetic marked by a lack of interest culpability state of guilt prescience the ability to foresee the future recondite difficult to penetrate volubility the quality of talking or writing easily and continuously rustic characteristic of rural life; awkwardly simple and provincial

#30daysGREwritingChallenge ~Day 5 Our lives are involved with politics whether we like it or not. It starts from our early childhood; we learn from our parents to speak in an evasive way and to prevaricate! When we grow up and reach an age where we comprehend what is going on and these matters are not too involved anymore, we try to censure and show our disapproval. However, with even the smallest sign of demur, our parents preach calumny against us and call us stupid and gullible. There's no escape from this, especially when you're Asian and Persian! The best way would be to learn the art of prevarication and use it against them. - Paw ================================ prevaricate to speak in an evasive way censure to show strong disapproval amenable easily persuaded calumny an untrue statement that is intended to give ppl a bad opinion of someone involved difficult to comprehend demur to object or show reluctance

راستی اینم بگم فرض نکنید این‌ها دل‌نوشته هستن عزیزان. صرفاً سعی کردم جمله بنویسم 😅

#30daysGREwritingChallenge ~ Day 4 Ever been prodigal in spending love where it doesn't belong? If you have, then you must know how enervating that can be. The scars and the pain it leaves behind can change a person for life. The severity of the pain can cause the most gregarious person to turn into a toxic introvert. No acrimony towards my dear introverts here, for I am one, but you get my point. Sometimes you've got to slow down and qualify things. What if you'll be cherished the way you deserve if you're more frugal with your love? Let's say it happened and you wasted all your love and energy on someone who didn't deserve it. Will castigating yourself over it again and again make it alright? All I'm saying is "Hey, take it easy. You did nothing wrong. Just learn from it." And all of this can turn into another story for your kids. (As Armina says) -Paw °^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^°^° prodigal spending money in an extravagant way and wasting time acrimony bitterness and ill will enervate to sap energy from castigate to reprimand harshly qualify to make less severe gregarious to be likely to socialize with others frugal someone who spends money or resources wisely

Know your traumas. Heal them. They're not excuses. They're traumas.
