Learning to delegate effectively is not a luxury. That is how you expand your operations. This is true both in business and in every other area of life.

Control your words. Sarcasm can often be dangerous. The only time you should give sadistic remarks is when you’re attacked with the same weapons. Those who choose silence in times like these become untrustworthy.

The harder you try to defeat an opponent, the more people will come to despise you. Cruelty, when taken to an extreme can become your undoing. And sadistic souls are often seen as a cancer to society.

Men and women do not react the same way to insults. While men may see insults as an attack on their value, women are more likely to perceive an insult as an attack on their appeal.

Avoid being the hero of the story, because when the battle is over, you will no longer be needed as you become more of a liability than an asset. Villains however are often worshipped because of their ability to stay consistent. Heroes come and go, but all villains are the same.

You will achieve a whole lot more when your mind is at rest. Meditation is the best way to improve performance, not always necessarily doing more. A mind is not only an asset, it is a weapon.

A man who can stay away from women not only increases his appeal to women in general; he also becomes a target to other men. And attention, once you have it, can be alchemised as you wish.

Whether speaking to a subordinate or a superior, it pays to be polite. However, when speaking to superiors, it pays to be brief. Who speaks more ends up being the less powerful of the two in the interaction.

Money is secondary to power. The power is psychological. It lies in making the other person move. If you worship money, you will find yourself utterly powerless in an arena where money is not needed. Learning to influence others is key.

Not all brains are equal. Do not make the mistake of treating everybody the same way. Not everyone will respond the same way to the same treatment.

POWER Power isn’t masculine. Real power is feminine. The feminine controls the masculine — just like in war, where women are the ultimate prize. They are the spoils, and therefore the goal. Understand that, and you understand why the feminine holds the deepest form of control. There’s a certain kind of human who craves power relentlessly. They’ll manipulate, switch alliances, swallow their pride — anything to gain control. That’s how women operate by default. They pursue power not because they’re evil, but because they must. Physically weaker? Then compensate mentally. That’s nature’s law. That’s why girls start practicing manipulation before boys even understand the concept. Their survival depends on it. They become selfish because they can’t afford not to be. They become dependent because independence would kill them. From a survival standpoint, women are natural-born strategists. But we never label them psychopathic. Why? Because society reserves the word psychopath for men who act like this. But study the traits of a psychopath — then compare them to the traits of the average woman. You can get people to do a whole lot more by simply saying less, and letting their minds fill in the blanks. Curiosity has the uncanny ability to rouse emotions and emotions lead to action.
