Important Update on Shipping to the United States As of August 29, 2025, all merchandise shipments to the United States are subject to customs clearance. This development has temporarily interrupted postal deliveries from Germany to the U.S. We are pleased to inform you that shipping will resume shortly, and customers in the United States may once again place orders with us. Please be advised that extended processing and delivery times are to be expected. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in this matter. At present, it remains unclear whether import duties will be levied on the specific items we offer. However, there is currently an exemption in place for “informational media” imported into the United States. This category includes vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, books, sheet music, and related products. Apparel and other goods (e.g., shirts, hoodies, hats, tote bags) are, however, subject to tariffs. We will provide a permanent solution in our shop once these matters have been conclusively clarified. In the meantime, you are welcome to continue placing orders as usual.

At the moment, all commercial shipments sent via regular postal services from the EU to the USA are excluded from transportation. For this reason, U.S. customers are unfortunately unable to place orders with us until further notice.   We are in close contact with our shipping partner and are confident that we will soon be able to offer a solution that will once again make it possible to ship our products to the USA. However, we will have no influence over customs duties and import taxes, and therefore it can be expected that future orders from our U.S. customers will be more expensive.   That said, we are committed to finding a fair solution that will keep these additional costs as reasonable as possible.
