For last 6 years we have been teaching without any expectation or monetary incentive nor we intend to monetize something which is close to our heart. We never ask anyone to subscribe to our channel, join our group, all this is because of the organic growth. Several students clear every year and message us about their success. We feel the hardwork is worth if the tribe continues to grow and it is growing. We have been humbled multiple times by UPSC as well however we still try to be accurate. We also know 100s of very good tutors are now online who are doing this full time. Our team is very small (3-4 people) all full time professionals working in different organizations and having hectic schedules. However now we feel negativity has slowly started entering the student community (10-15%) . People who felt our cut offs predicted are too high suddenly started to send negative comments. We know the sentiments and emotions attached with these exams however that is the issue! Exams must be given professionally! It might happen our cut offs go off and cut off might come 92-93 Or it might happen it go 87-88 Or it might happen it goes 97-98 In a place where happiness Quotient ko badhana hai 70 hi jaye sab likhein mains sab ko khushi ho 😃 Point kabhi wo hai hi nahi! Point hai that all those who align with your goals, you feel they are right, this is not the demand of this exam then! It will create issues. One or two new people started asking us ki sir aaplog apologoy denge if cut off goes less! Just 2 cents on it 1) Yes hum hamesha dete hain last year bhi 2 number ( 1Q kam gaya cut off) , we predicted 80 types, 1 Q was wrong, so it became 78, UPSC ka 76 lagbhag aaya, and we say we overpredicted Our point is agar hum/ koi 80 de dein, aapka 90 aa raha, nahi ho, will you ask them for public apology! We all came to give exam and get selected and not for these things! Secondly I am very proud of all the hardwork our team puts and gives the right cut off for last 6 years ! How many in this group sent us ki sir aapka exact / near about raha! Very few! Yahi point hai As humans hum galtiyaan nikalne me lage hain, logon ko negative comment karna bahut aasan hai, appreciate karna kisi cheej ka bahut effort lagta And jo aaj gratitude nahi rakhta exam me, wo nikalne ke baad rakhenge nahi rakhenge is a tough ask! And this is not our tribe! Baaki har aadmi apne hisaab se cut off nikal sakta hai jisne exam diya! Sab me wo potential hai Par isse koi fayda nahi ab kyunki timr waste karne ke liye hai nahi Aagey ka dekhna hai! Agey mains me last 10 years ke Q dekhiye and abhi essay + optional ko jaldi prepare kijiye Also toxicity is not allowed in our life! We are happy going and hardworking people! So aise log jo group values se align nahi karte must leave the group! We have made the video for how we got to cut off which is now immaterial as results will come any way in 10 days, we have also tried to pinpoint smart ways to use this time, 2nd part of the video after 10 minutes and what is our personal request to the student fraternity ( last 3-4 minutes)
