Good afternoon fams, I tend to understand something today, discipline play a vital room in the your trading journey, I don't trade Mondays because price isn't always clear to me enough to give me the confidence but can't say this for others because it's a mindset thing but Monday has being a day I take unnecessary losses and friday evening. Therefore today I saw a sweet setup wanted to jump on it, but remember the experience I've had in the past, decided to stay out but my mind wasn't at rest, then I came to the realization that there's abundance in the market and I was at rest, they trade eventually played out but started to stop alot of traders at breakeven and SL because many thought the trade will eventually play out, not apply logic, economics calendar and other factors. And also it got clearer to enter but I still stayed out.
