🤳🏻The rider app’s selfie verification will be upgraded* with real-time human face identification technology. The system will request you to perform specific actions (e.g. turning your face in different directions and smiling). Please follow the instructions to complete the selfie verification. *The new feature will first be implemented on the Android system and will be expanded to the iOS system later. As always, please ensure sufficient lighting, an uncovered face, and keep a reasonable distance during selfie verification. Submitting invalid selfies could lead to access restriction or account termination. You can also update your personal photo by submitting a recent photo through the rider app (guidelines of uploading the photo: https://bit.ly/3CHACrm).
