। হবু ক্লার্কদের/ সহায়কদের জন্য। ক্লার্কশিপ এর ডকুমেন্ট ভেরিফিকেশনের লিস্ট ত দিলো। এখন বিগত কয়েকদিন ধরে Group A কারা বা কে এই DV এর জন্য প্রদত্ত Annexure c তে Attested করতে পারবেন এই নিয়ে তুমুল আলোচনা । আমি নিজেই একজন গ্রুপ সি ক্যাডার অন্তর্ভুক্ত কর্মী। (মানে ঐ কেরানি আর কি) তাও দু কলম লেখার দুঃসাহস দেখাচ্ছি। প্রথমে বলি Gazetted অফিসার (যে সকল অফিসারদের নাম Gazette Notification এ বেরোতো, এখন তার প্রচলন নেই) কথাটি এখনও আমরা ব্যবহার করি বটে কিন্তু মহাকরণ থেকে ১৯৬৮ সালে অর্থ দপ্তরের একটি অর্ডার বেরিয়েছিলো (G.O no 10606-F dated 25.09.1978) সেখানে Gazetted, Non Gazetted ও Forth Grade Services এই প্রকার ভাষার বিভাজন তুলে নেওয়া হয়। ROPA 2009 এর অর্ডার অনুযায়ী, বর্তমানে রাজ্য সরকারী কর্মীদের বিভাজন : Group A হলেন 4400 Grade Pay থেকে 10000 Grade Pay (তাই 4400 GP হলেই তাকে গ্রুপ এ অফিসার বলা যায় এবং তিনি Attestation করতে পারেন) Group B হলেন 3,200 Grade Pay থেকে 4,100 Grade Pay Group C হলেন 1,900 Grade Pay থেকে 2,900 Grade Pay Group D হলেন 1,700 Grade Pay থেকে 1,800 Grade Pay. ROPA 19 এ Grade Pay এর ব্যাপার নেই, এখন Pay Level. G.O No 5562 - F dt 25.09.2019 Para 13 এ বলা আছে, 13. Classification of Government employees.‐ From the date of commencement of these rules, Government servants shall be classified as Group A, Group B, Group C and Group D in the following manner :‐ (i) Group A ‐ Government employees holding all posts in the Pay Level12 and above. (ii) Group B ‐ Government employees holding all posts in the Pay Levels 8 to 11 (iii) Group C ‐ Government employees holding all posts in the Pay Levels 3 to 7. (iv) Group D ‐ Government employees holding all posts in the Pay Levels 1 and 2.
