Hello everyone😊, How are u? I hope you are doin' well. I know ---- i was off fo' last few months and i haven't posted fo' Long time and i wanna appologise fo' that & also i want to thank you fo' bein' patient with me. it was because i had some businesses to finish, but right now i am so happy to announce u that i am back & i'll start postin' different things. 2⃣ After you complete the first & easy steps you should take ---- fo' a fresh start in ur life,the next step is u should start valuatin' ur company (the persons u hangout with). Who are your friends? Who are the people arround you? Are they Good for ur mental health, do they encourage u or do they drag u down? Do u feel proud when u are with them? Do u feel secured arround them? You know the answer. If ur gut is answerin' the negative ones ---- cut them off and meet new Friends who u think they are good for ur mental health. The other things that seems silly but have a great impact on ur mental health are the entertainment stuffs ---- you should be selective about the songs u litsen, the movies u watch, people you follow on social medias. You should avoid hearin' sad songs, dillusional movies & you should unfollow people on social medias ----- who are in their mess & who are supressin' their insecurities to the rest of the world. because at the end ---- u are the movies u see, the people u hangout & the musics u litsen. Generally, choose things & people that are good for ur mental health. After that all u should do is just focusin' on ur self, upgradin' ur self, & startin'actin' like only live once. And one trick i want u to do When u feel like u have Something to talk but there is no one there to hear you is ---- writin' all what u feel inside on ur Phone Or on Some note book. Lemme repeat it write it down all what u feel, i Suggest u this Because i see many people goin' crazy & killed thereself just because they keep everythin' inside. Keeping Feelings Inside Is So much Dangerous. Keepin' all thin's inside distroys you silently. it will drive you crazy & it will made u feel like Insane,. soo..Write What u Feel On ur phone on or on note book. But don't get wrong --- you need people, the above solution is when there is no one to hear ur pain --- don't get attached to pen & Ignore people. the second one is Rather Than blaming why God brings u to this world ---- get near to him. when u feel Lonely connect to him, it doesn't matter which religion u follow But When u Spend hard time Go To church and pray For God to give u strength. Because he is the one that knows all ur desires & also he is the one that gives you. Hmm...& last but the least issue of my suggestion about about the Problem of loosin' Go's is ---- have a clear vision. Bring note book and write ur plans which are classified in certain period of time. Which means write 1.ur weak plan(in this plan, u also plan ur daily routine) 2. a month plan 3.a year plan (what result, in what position u want to see ur self at the end of this year? Plan it) 4. plan where u want to see ur self after 10 years ( what job, what type of house, what type of personality u expect from your self?) Write it all down. After u write them all --- put this paper on ur room wall or anywhere u can see it often. But, Before u start the plan read it again and let it sink in ur mind ---- So that u can remember your purpose when u feel like u are out of track. You Got this! Change ur story and live your best life! You have two options here, either to say wow! For the texts and keep doin' same mistake or use it as a motivation & change ur story. What do u gonna do?

First of all what u should know is -- it is normal to experience miseries at some level in ur life. As long as u are alive --- it is impossible not to feel broken, sad, depressed, feelin' like givin' up, loosin' purpose in life at some level. For the simple fact --- Life can bring somuch pain, u just have to be wise on choosin' how to deal with pains! Doubtin' ur self & loosin' ur self worth at some p.t are the other side of life --- it isn't somethin' only u experience! Just because you experience these traumas --- it doesn't mean somethin' is wrong with u. They are just experiences u face & should learn from . The main p.t u should know is It isn't the storm ragin' above ur head, that matters ----- what matters is how u face to the storm. what matters is how u react to ur flaws, how u face ur fears & ur insecurities. Everyone has falws, everyone named human bein' has a flaws, but what matters is how u treat ur flaws. u might question ur self whether u are alovable person or not. u might think no one loves me! Hmm. but what u should know is --- God loves u! The lord who created u with his hands loves you! u are a complete person whom god painted with his brush, u are a unique person havin' a unique Gift to contribute for the world! No one can be u, Some might copy u, some might pretend to be u, but they never be u! If u just notice carefully, you can realise there are many things that u only are capable of doin'. Let me ask u to do somethin' -- put ur hand on ur chest! Put it! You heard a heart beat? Well, That's called purpose. u are alive for a reason, for a great purpose. u came to this world because there is a purpose u should serve, a dream u should live & life trip u should walk! No one can fill ur footprints & can walk on the road --- bcoz the road is made only for you, no one can walk the path replacin' u. u might think the world has no space for u, u might think ur existance doesn't matter & the world will be okay after you die, but you are wrong! The greatest wealth the world has is--- u, me, your freinds, all human beings! The creator of what u r usin'is a person like u! That's why Everytime a single person dies, the world is loosin' a priceless wealth that weighs more than pure diamonds! Nothin' makes sense if u die, just because u killed ur self -- the world won't be a better place, but what if u stand & Start Livin' the purpose u r created for? Well, The world will know ur name, the changes that u made to your self will affect & change people arround u includin' ur family, ur friends , ur country & as a whole the world. What if u become happy, grateful & start livin' ur life as u live it once? Well, The world will be a better place with the affection u give, with the footprints u lay to others! the world grts it's full meanin' when u r alive & livin' ur purpose, when u become strong fo' ur self & also when u are a source of strength for others. But remember, all these things happen when u are alive. life can be hard today, it might be a mansion today. but 2morrow is another day, tomorrow is a newday, a new beginin' & a new chance to write a great new story, u can change ur life under any curcumstance. What you should do is identify & face ur fears, ur insecurities, you shouldn't just lay in ur bed feelin' sorry for ur self. ur life is urs, no one else's, who is in pain now? You! Who is sufferin'? You! So who cna change it? You! When u are in a darkness, you just sit there and wait for a light, wait for a people to get u out from there, but believe me --- it rarely works like that! You should lift up, get out of a bed, look the person on the mirror & Decide to change the things arround you. It isn't gonna be easy, but it will worth it at the end! What makes it beautiful & give it meanin' is the struggle, through out the struggle u will find ur self & u will build the true you. So, start from small things -- clean ur room, throw away all the things that make u sad. everyday u wake up, Open ur windows so that u can get a fresh air, Go out side and connect with nature.
