Ramco choco cake mix Recommended recipe: 1000g( 6cups)- cake mix 550g(2 1/4cups)- water Instruction: Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl Mix for 1 minute at slow speed Scrape down well and mix for another 5 minutes at high speed Bake at 200- 210°c for 30-35 minutes( depending on the oven)

BakeMate- Vasilco( Sponge Cake Improver- gel form) Improve sponge cake quality and increased stability. * 1 minute slow speed and 8minutes at fast speed. * Baking time approximately 30 minutes.

BakeMate- Custard put the water in a bowl and slowly add the pattissiere cold Custard, mix by hand or mixer for 4 minutes at high speed and leave at stand.

BakeMate- Super Gato ( Sponge Cake Improver- gel form) Place the eggs and water the bowl, add the dry ingredients, whisk for 1 minute at low speed, scrape the bowl, whip at top speed for 10- 12 minutes and place into oven or pan and bake( sponge cake) for 25-30 minutes temperature or Swiss roll for 10-12 minutes temperature
