| 19 | Yesterday, I had the opportunity to facilitate a 4-hour Airbnb & BnB training session for a group of 10 participants at Four Points by Sheraton (10:00 PM β 3:00 AM).
This session was built on one core truth:
π Short-term rentals are not luck-based β they are skill-based.
Since 2018, I have:
Coached over 1,000 Airbnb hosts
Managed more than 500 homes
Currently oversee 78 active listings on Airbnb
Worked hands-on across pricing, operations, guest experience, and scaling
From experience, hosts who apply the framework shared during my coaching have a significantly higher likelihood of success β including: β Faster bookings within the first 30β60 days
β Higher occupancy rates
β Fewer operational mistakes
β Better guest reviews and long-term profitability
