We’re looking for a Course Assistant (official title, trainee, U-level) to support the Aalto Inventors programme this fall. The role involves helping with session logistics, tracking attendance and assignments, supporting speakers during workshops, and coordinating communications with participants.   It’s a good fit if you’re currently at Aalto, organized, and interested in innovation or deep tech. Etsimme kunnianhimoista väitöskirjatutkijaa tutkimushankkeeseen, joissa tarkastellaan tunteiden roolia strategisessa päätöksenteossa, strategiatyössä ja strategian toteuttamisessa. Etsimme lahjakasta, motivoitunutta ja poikkeuksellisen aikaansaavaa henkilöä, joka haluaa oppia nopeasti, ottaa vastuuta ja nähdä oman työnsä vaikutuksen suoraan yrityksen kasvuun. Sinun ei tarvitse vielä osata kaikkea; meille tärkeämpää ovat asenne, uteliaisuus ja halu kehittyä todella hyväksi siinä, mitä teet. Etsimme henkilöä, joka on valmis tekemään töitä tavoitteidensa eteen ja jolle ei tarvitse jatkuvasti kertoa, mitä seuraavaksi pitäisi tehdä. Toivomme itseohjautuvaa tekijää, joka huomaa tekemättömät asiat ja tarttuu niihin ja haluaa saada aloittamansa asiat valmiiksi. Kovin paljon ei tarvitse osata entuudestaan, kunhan olet valmis oppimaan. Sinulla pitäisi olla pokkaa tarttua puhelimeen ja tehdä kylmäsoittoja, mutta samalla kiinnostusta rakentaa markkinointiautomaatioita, kokeilla uusia toimintatapoja ja opetella uusia työkaluja. Arvostamme periksiantamatonta ja ahkeraa luonnetta. Halu voittaa auttaa suoriutumaan myös tehtävistä, jotka tuntuvat aluksi lähes mahdottomilta. Meillä saat myös epäonnistua, kunhan kokeilet, opit ja jatkat eteenpäin. Työ Dokportissa sopii hyvin vastuuta ottavalle henkilölle, joka voisi kuvitella ryhtyvänsä jonain päivänä yrittäjäksi, mutta jolla ei vielä ole omaa ideaa tai tiimiä.
