Arriving at the terminal The boat leaves from Olympiaterminaali from Olympiaranta 1. Getting your tickets Distribution of the tickets and boarding the ship begins at 13.00 at Olympiaterminaali. All the tickets to a cabin will be distributed in the same envelope. The envelope can be picked up by the person whose surname comes first in the alphabet from the cabin. The ticket distribution points are divided alphabetically so please line-up to the corresponding one with your surname. Only the person picking up the tickets should line up. The person picking up the tickets needs to present their drivers licence, EU identity card or passport at the counter. Everyone needs to be on board by 16.30 so please pick up your tickets early! Arrive at the terminal latest at 15.30. Please notice, everyone needs to show their ID (passport, driver’s licence, EU identity card) before boarding the ship. Boarding The cabins will be available at 15.30. Before that, you can spend time at the Starlight restaurant enjoying refreshments and some activities. Stockholm The ship arrives at Stockholm at 10.00 local time and stays in the harbour for the whole day. We encourage you to visit the city during the day. You must be back on the boat at the latest 16.15 local time! Return on Tuesday The ship returns to Olympiaterminaali on Tuesday 28.11. at 10.30 local time. Harassment situation guide Otacruise is a safe and equal event to all attendees. There is a zero tolerance policy towards any harassment. 🐙W H A T T O (N O T) P A C K🐙 We ask all passengers to take into account the following restrictions concerning what you are allowed to take with you on the cruise ⚓️ What you will need with you: ⚓️ your drivers license, EU-identifications card or your passport ⚓️ overalls (?) What you are not allowed to bring: ⚓️ own alcoholic beverages ⚓️ opened water bottles ⚓️ unopened bottles over 0,33 L ⚓️ weapons or other dangerous items ⚓️ BIG speakers, speakers the size of a phone are allowed on board ⚓️ own foods, except with a doctors order Confiscated items will not be returned.

Drinks 🍸 The boat provides you with multiple location to get drinks! Most of our hosted program will take place in the bars. Remember that bringing your own drinks to a bar area is prohibited! Starlight Bar Starlight hosts the main artists of our cruise and makes sure you get to dance until daybreak! Please note that Starlight is closed on Sunday 15:30 - 18:30 due to a soundcheck. The day provides a chance to roam around Stockholm and in the evening the boat will be filled one show after another 🦭 StockholmRålly The day in Stockholm can be spent getting to know our western port's treasures! In addition to local M C D unolds the city holds the dream cites of a student tourist. We have a list of these for each passenger ⚓️ Inky Loots Spa The fastest Stinky's can use the early evening to visit the boat's spa area. What would be better than some pool time with the Baltic Sea vibe 💦 AaltoDJ AaltoDJ will take care that everyones' dance needs will be filled. AaltoDJ will get the boat grooving throughout the night ✨ Dance Battle Extravaganza The Starlight stage will be taken over by the dance groups of Otaniemi hosting the performance of a life time. This is something you DON'T want to miss 💥 The itinerary with exact times will be posted soon 📣

🐙F I R S T N I G H T🐙 Since our trip together is approaching it is time to reveal some of the first nights activities! Band Bonanza The main stage at Starlight nightclub will be taken over by Band Bonanza! The Cruise will be hyped by not one, not two, but THREE of your favorite artists straight from Otaniemi! Bailaster, Acystik and KNV will perform back-to-back presenting their favorite pop, rock, disco and dance music hits! The bands will entertain our passengers for three hours ending their show with a special number ✨ Aalto DJ Aalto DJ will take care that the rest of the boat is filled with music! Aalto DJs' sets can be witnessed from the never before seen Prome stage and later at night at the Starlight nightclub 🦭 BåtRally BåtRally will set off once the ship leaves the harbour. Teams can compete against each other in a not your average checkpoint crawl 🛟 Bingo Bingo! And much more ✨💙
