香港法治3.0 距離裁決已經有一段時間。所以都知道依個post嘅流量會高。不過呢個裁決係我個腦海裏邊揮之不去。 當然好多人都明白到有國安大法同23條之後，香港嘅法治已經唔一樣。 但係自從上年有海關干預車輛而冇檢控，去到宏福苑大火嘅調查委員會，再去到南丫海瀾嘅裁決，可以見到行政，立法，司法，已經不再是合作打壓言論自由，甚至伸延至保護政府所有官員。不論死傷有幾多，你想追究嘅時候就係不切實際。恐怕未來同一種裁決都會出現喺宏福苑大火上。 而且睇嚟呢一種情況，恐怕會繼續惡化落去。已經唔再係自由嘅問題，而係去到市民生命財產保障都會有威脅。 #宏福苑大火 #南丫海瀾

Mark Carney visited China a few days ago. The results don’t seem particularly impressive, and even left-leaning media outlets are expressing a noticeable sense of skepticism. What I’m actually focusing on is that, from the very start of the election, he has appeared to have unusually close ties with the CCP. Even before the election, Canadian media had repeatedly reported on CCP influence in Canada’s electoral process. During Mark Carney’s campaign, he somehow identified a foreign enemy and rolled out the “Elbows Up” slogan. No one knows what set Trump off, but he kept pouring fuel on the fire. Michael Ma’s sudden party switch further highlights how evident the relationship is between, Democrats & CCP. The reality is that Canada’s economy is heavily dependent on North America. Its EV deal with China would actually weaken domestic auto industry. That’s why, immediately, Doug Ford said he would resist Chinese EVs. It looks like Canada will continue to be trapped in a strategic dilemma. #CCP #Chinada

Accusing Trump’s Administration was aiming for Venezuela’s oil is simply wrong. 香港政府似乎從一開始就有一套操控敘事的既定流程。相比將滅火與拯救生命列為首要任務，他們的第一優先事項似乎是尋找一個合適的代罪羔羊。 11 月 26 日，也就是火災發生的同一天，來自中國的學者黃新炎將火勢迅速蔓延歸咎於竹棚架。包括 CNN、BBC、路透社及《衛報》在內的多家主流媒體，皆僅根據他個人的觀點報導這宗火災。 11 月 27 日，香港行政長官李家超宣布計劃逐步淘汰香港的竹棚架。 儘管部分媒體其後修正了對竹棚架的看法，圍繞這宗火災的討論仍然集中於竹棚架問題，而非被操控的賭盤，以及政府在其中所涉及的角色。 時至今日，仍未有任何政府官員被拘捕、被追究責任或承擔後果，亦沒有任何相關政策作出改變。

Hong Kong Silence Operation Part 2 Numerous people who spoke out about their opinions about the #HongKongFire are arrested to intimidate everyone in Hong Kong from criticizing the government. On Dec 9, On-yin Wong, former Civil Human Rights Front deputy convener, was arrested. He expressed that the government should be responsible for the fire on YouTube. On the same day, Gao Yu, award winning independent journalist was also interrogated by National Security Police. Before them, Miles Kwan was arrested for initiating a petition, and 2 volunteers who organized supplies were also arrested. on Nov 30.

Hong Kong Government is running a Silence Operation to cover up the the #TaiPoFire. John Li, the Chief Executive of Hong Kong, announced that there would be a 1 social worker to follow each affected family. Instead of understanding their needs, victims complain that they are actually being monitored. Some also said they received phone called twice a day telling them not to missed the election, an agenda that the government want to push so that it looks like they this rigged election is supported by the public. #HongKongFire #宏福苑大房

The memorial service in Toronto fill up the whole hall. However, people continue to enter the hall giving flowers and signing petition.

Hong Kong diaspora around the world gather together to raise their concerns for the #TaipoFire. Regina zip criticized that blaming the fire onto bamboo Scaffolding is using it as a scapegoat and to misdirection the public. She also went on saying that this saying disrespect the victims and their families.
