موجودة محاضرات العملي عشان ماتنسو تذاكرو الاوراق اللي نحلها مع الدكاترة ⛔️

الريسيرش صار الاحد ⛔️

بالنسبة لل history taking هو نفسو في الثلاثة مع اختلافات بسيطة في Chest pain تحديدا past & family history لاتنسوا تسألو عن CKD & Hyperlipidemia بس موجدة هنا الباقية مكررة لاتنسوها برضو في family histry سؤال sudden death before 50y old جدا مهم ومو متكرر في مكان ثاني في Shortness of breath ركزو بانو مافي pain فما حتقولو سوقراط كلها ومهم جدا الGrades هنا بس 4 بالنسبة لل past & family history لاتنسو specific disease وفي social history فيه سؤالين ماتكررو في الباقين حق exposure to animal & contact with sick patient مهمين اخر واحد Abdominal pain ركزو في associated symptoms هنا مو زي الباقي كاردياك وريسبا وغيرها كلها حاجات متعلقة ب GIT تقريبا في Past history لاتنسوا سؤا Blood transfusion مهم وماتكرر في مكان ثاني وبس حاولت اجمع النقاط المميزة اللي ماتكررت باقي الحاجات غالبا نفسها او تتكرر بالنسبة للassociated symptoms الدكتورة رندا قالت اول على الاقل نحفظ 3 فاحتياطا احفظو اكثر اللي موجود بس 3 او اقل احفظو الموجود وامشوا على checklist بالضبط هو اللي بنتحاسب عليه في Examination ركزو على cardiac , chest , abdomin , breast ولا تنسوا vital signs & BMI جات قبل مايمنع انها بكرا تجي وذاكروا كل شيء وبالتوفيق

اللي داخل في اختبار research & patient safety مبدئيا لين يعطونا الدكاترة الخبر الأكيد اللي بس ارقام باقي ما اخذناها ⛔️
