i don't know if now is in season of public speaking or what π but lot of you guys said that they have a panic attact / anxiety when they need to give a speech .

π» and you know what . 5 kali pula tu β οΈπ . dengar dengar nak tambah 5 lagi π . actually first time tauu admin buat public speaking kat sekolah baru ni . and even depan kelas sendiri pun admin masih dpt panic attact , and gigil like tetibaa . admin bukan jenis macam tu tau . if you guys nak tahu admin is an extrovert person . tetiba kena panic attact time first time tu memang sumpah rasa nak down gila . but you know what , from time to time , i get to used to it . by what ?
- admin selalu try public speaking depan roommate dulu . roommate admin ade 3 org cukuplah jadi saksi . eh . jadi audience .
- admin try buat video and try to keep the eyes to the camera . like eye contact ah gitu . jadi tak takut bila eye contact ngan juri .
- tapi biasalah duration kekadang laju , lambat . admin pun masih ade masalah tu π»π . just pastikan korg cakap dengan jelas and jangan laju sangat . inshaallah 10 minit jadinya HAHAHHA lelebih pula duration .
- ouh and yahhh remember the script okeyyy ! they take mark for manners too hehe
