Hey everyone! I haven't been here for a while ^^` but I need to write what's on my heart so if you're wasting your time, skip it and enjoy the day! I am very sorry for my absence, lack of response, activity, harsh words or lack of desire to conduct a conversation. Unfortunately, dealing with emotions start be a problem for me and losing my job led to an avalanche of what I was trying to deal with. I tried to do my best, help, be there for some people and at the same time the feeling of increasing pressure and stress that "I don't meet someone's expectations / I don't give my best / I don't try enough" turned into fear, overthink and exhaustion. Each message made my heart pound and I was afraid to pick up the phone, I had trouble sleeping and when I fell asleep with nightmares. I completely withdrew from the media, cut off contacts, lost my passion and hobby bacouse feeling "that what i fo/ create is not good enough to show it to someone, so why do it?". Nothing dont have a sence for me... Currently… It's hard but I'm working on it and even though there are days when I have these unpleasant thoughts and feelings, I want to go back to be creative and make things, even for myself. See you soon ^^
