❎ Response Sheet નથી !
ભરતીની દુનિયામાં નવા “ #ઈનોવેશન ” લાવવાનો શ્રેય હવે #MGVCL અને ઊર્જા વિભાગને જાય છે. કાગળ પર બધું યોગ્ય લાગે, પણ હકીકતમાં transparency એટલી ગાયબ છે જેટલી વિજળી અચાનક power cut સમયે ગાયબ થઈ જાય છે.
⚡Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL) દ્વારા Junior Engineer (Civil) ની પરીક્ષા 23 ઓગસ્ટ 2025ના રોજ લેવાઈ હતી.
⚡23 ઓગસ્ટ 2025ના રોજ " #CBRT " પદ્ધતિ થી લેવાયેલી Junior Engineer (Civil) ની પરીક્ષા પછી MGVCL એ ઉમેદવારોને “gift” સ્વરૂપે provisional answer key આપી છે. વાહ! કેટલી કૃપાળુતા! 🙏
📌પરંતુ, ઉમેદવારોને તેમની વ્યક્તિગત #response_sheet (જેમાં ઉમેદવારએ કયા પ્રશ્નમાં શું ઉત્તર આપ્યો તે દર્શાવતું હોય તે) ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવામાં જ આવી નથી.
📌શા માટે જરૂરી છે response sheet ?❓👇🏻
1. ઉમેદવાર પોતાનો જવાબ અને provisional answer key સરખાવી શકે.
2. ક્યાં પ્રશ્નમાં ભૂલ થઈ છે તે જાણી શકાય.
3. જો કોઈ પ્રશ્ન કે જવાબ ખોટો ગણાયો હોય, તો ઉમેદવાર objection રજીસ્ટર કરી શકે.
4. Final merit preparation પહેલાં transparency રહે.
5. ઉમેદવારને main examની તૈયારી માટે પોતાનો performance analysis કરવા મદદરૂપ થાય.
🏮HR વિભાગ તરફથી હજુ સુધી response sheet ક્યારે કે કેવી રીતે મળશે તેની સ્પષ્ટ માહિતી આપવામાં આવી નથી.એટલે aspirants માં અનિશ્ચિતતા છે અને બધા માંગ કરી રહ્યા છે કે candidate-wise response sheet પણ જાહેર કરવામાં આવે.
🤔હવે કહો, આ ભરતી પ્રક્રિયાને આપણે શું નામ આપીએ ?
😐Answer key છે પણ response sheet નથી.
🙁Objection કરવાની તક છે પણ પોતાનો attempt જ ખબર નથી.
🫣પરીક્ષા આપી તો છે, પણ માર્ક્સ પોતે તપાસી શકાતાં નથી.
આવા management ને જોઈને લાગે કે –
👉 “MGVCL માટે પરીક્ષા એ માત્ર formality, અને ઉમેદવાર માટે uncertainty.”
⚡ ઉર્જા વિભાગનો આ ભરતી બોર્ડ જાણે ઉમેદવારને કહેતો હોય:
“અમે તમારી performance બતાવીશું નહીં, તમે અમને blind trust કરો. Transparency નામની વીજલાઇન અમે કાપી દીધી છે.”⚡
❓શું કંપની વીજળી જેમ જ ભરતીમાં પણ load shedding કરે છે?
❓કે પછી “response sheet” પણ reserved feeder પર મૂકી દીધી છે?
❓કે કંપનીને ડર છે કે response sheet બહાર આવશે તો પોતાની answer keyની ખામીઓ જલદી એક્સપોઝ થઈ જશે?
🚫MGVCL અને ઊર્જા વિભાગની ભરતી પ્રક્રીયા આજે ઉમેદવાર માટે “mystery box” જેવી બની ગઈ છે –
📋બોક્સ ખોલો તો answer key મળે છે,
