આજે બધાંએ ખૂબ સરસ Email અભિયાન ચલાવ્યું તે બદલ સર્વ મિત્રોનો ખૂબ ખૂબ આભાર. હવે આવતીકાલે બધાં જીલ્લામાં આવેદનપત્રો આપવાના છે. તો બધાં મિત્રો કાલે એક દિવસ થોડી કમર કસી લેજો. શનિવારે ફક્ત બે ત્રણ જીલ્લામાં આવેદનપત્ર આપ્યા તેનો પડઘો આખા ગુજરાતમાં પડ્યો હતો. હવે આવતીકાલે મોટાભાગના જીલ્લામાં આવેદનપત્ર અપાશે તો એની કેટલી બધી અસર થશે! તો મિત્રો આવતીકાલે પૂરી તાકાત સાથે આપણે બધાંએ મોટી સંખ્યામાં આવેદનપત્રો આપવાના છે. અને કોઈ જીલ્લો આવેદનપત્ર આપવામાં બાકી ન રહી જાય એનું ધ્યાન રાખજો.

વિષય: જાહેરાત ક્રમાંક: ૩૭૮/૨૦૨૫૨૬, CCE (ગૃપ-A તથા ગૃપ-B) ની ભરતી પ્રક્રિયાનું આયોજન MCQ-OMR પદ્ધતિથી કરવા બાબત. માનનીય સાહેબશ્રી , ઉપરોક્ત વિષય અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે, ગુજરાત ગૌણ સેવા પસંદગી મંડળ દ્વારા તાજેતરમાં CCE ગૃપ-A તથા ગૃપ-B (જાહેરાત ક્રમાંક: ૩૭૮/૨૦૨૫૨૬ ) ની વિગતવાર જાહેરાત વેબસાઈટ પર પ્રકાશિત કરવામાં આવેલ છે. આ જાહેરાતમાં મુદ્દા નંબર-૨૧ ની અંદર પરીક્ષા પદ્ધતિ આપેલ છે. જેમાં તબક્કા-૧ ની પ્રાથમિક પરીક્ષામાં CBRT (Computer Based Response Test) પદ્ધતિનો ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. જેના કારણે ગુજરાતના સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષાની તૈયારી કરતા ઉમેદવારોમાં સખત અસંતોષ જોવા મળી રહ્યો છે. ભૂતકાળમાં ગૌણસેવા પસંદગી મંડળ દ્વારા લેવામાં આવેલ CCE (જા.ક્ર.૨૧૨/૨૦૨૩૨૪) તથા વનરક્ષક (જા.ક્ર.FOREST/૨૦૨૨૨૩/1) ની પરીક્ષાઓમાં CBRT પદ્ધતિના કારણે આ ભરતીપ્રક્રિયાઓને અનેક વિવાદોનો સામનો કરવો પડ્યો હતો. ઉપરાંત નોર્મલાઈઝેશનના કારણે અનેક ઉમેદવારોને અન્યાય થયો હતો. તથા આ વિવાદોને કારણે ભરતીપ્રક્રિયા સામે નામદાર હાઇકોર્ટમાં અનેક પિટીશન પણ દાખલ કરવામાં આવી હતી. પરિણામે ભરતી સમયસર પૂર્ણ ન થઈ શકી. તેની સામે CCE (જા.ક્ર.૨૧૨/૨૦૨૩૨૪) માં ગૃપ-B ની મુખ્ય પરીક્ષા તથા રેવન્યુ તલાટી (જા.ક્ર.૩૦૧/૨૦૨૫૨૬) સંવર્ગની પ્રાથમિક પરીક્ષા ઓફલાઈન MCQ-OMR પદ્ધતિ દ્વારા લેવામાં આવી હતી. OMR પદ્ધતિના કારણે આ ભરતી પ્રક્રિયાઓ ખૂબ જ ઝડપથી તથા પારદર્શક રીતે પૂર્ણ થઈ શકી હતી. આમ, ભૂતકાળમાં મોટી સંખ્યામાં ફોર્મ ભરાઈ શકે તેવી ભરતી પ્રક્રિયાઓમાં CBRT પદ્ધતિ સદંતર નિષ્ફળ નીવડી હતી અને એજન્સી ની કામગીરી સામે પણ પ્રશ્નો ઉઠ્યા હતા. તેની સરખામણીમાં MCQ-OMR પદ્ધતિ ઝડપી અને પારદર્શક સાબિત થઈ છે. તેમ છતાં વર્તમાનમાં CCE ની નવી ભરતીપ્રક્રિયામાં CBRT પદ્ધતિનો ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. જેના કારણે ઉમેદવારોમાં ખૂબ જ રોષ તથા અસંતોષની લાગણી વ્યાપી છે. આથી આગામી સમયમાં લેવામાં આવનાર CCE (જા.ક્ર.૩૭૮/૨૦૨૫૨૬) ની પરીક્ષા CBRT પદ્ધતિની જગ્યાએ MCQ-OMR પદ્ધતિથી લેવામાં આવે તેવી ગુજરાતના સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષાની તૈયારી કરતા ઉમેદવારો તરફથી આપ સાહેબશ્રી ને નમ્ર વિનંતિ કરીએ છીએ. લિ. આપનો વિશ્વાસુ,
