Now in Numify there are many hlr modules Most accurate is telnyx one which needs API Key and telnyx charge 1) only carrier lookup: $0.0015 per Lookup 2) carrier + caller name lookup: $0.003$ per Lookup there is an hlr module which doesn't need any api key or proxy to run but less accurate than telnyx and have some other options too. So you can use software according to ur budget 🥂
