Did you know? The Project Catalyst team runs one of the busiest customer service helpdesks in the Cardano ecosystem, having just hit 5,000 support tickets for the year.
When you look at that number on a dashboard, it looks like “velocity.” It looks like efficiency. And I am incredibly proud of the team for hitting that volume.
But when I take a step back and reflect on what those 5,000 tickets actually represent, the story offers yet another perspective.

Catalyst has made key improvements to make your review process fairer, clearer, and more efficient:
🛡 Review Independence
Feedback from other Reviewers stays private until all assigned Reviewers submit their reviews to ensure independent and unbiased evaluations.
Once all reviews are in,Proposers and Reviewers will be able to see that a review was submitted, but not its content until the appropriate stage.
☑️ Mandatory Review Checkboxes: Approved / Not Approved
✅ Approved → explain how the milestone/PoA deliverables are met
❌ Not Approved → identify gaps or missing deliverables
🔄 Resubmission Tracking
Easily track updates in Milestone and Proof of Achievement (PoA) resubmissions via “View changes” – see exactly what changed since the previous submission.
Milestone& PoA Templates
We’ve introduced a standardized template for all Milestone and Proof of Achievement (PoA) submissions.
Milestone and PoA submission forms are now organized in an A/B/C format (A1–C1 for acceptance criteria, A2–C2 for evidence), ensuring consistency and making reviews easier.
