A piece of advice! 👉To New Entry Postgraduate Applicants: ✅ Those who have applied as 'self-sponsored' and get accepted, if you get a sponsor, you can still bring your sponsorship letter later just before your semester course registration. You just bring your signed sponsorship letter; give to the postgraduate office (6 kilo); you will get a SEAL on it. You finally give to the college's registrar where your department belongs to, prior to or during your course registration. But if you already submitted a sponsorship letter, that is all. ✅ You can also process your official transcript till your final admission (provided you already attached your cost sharing clearance letter). ✅ Those who graduated from AAU, you can finish your official online without needing to go in person. You just go to the link to get the form: https://portal.aau.edu.et/Web/OfficialRequest Fill out the form (where you can choose your new respective college/department). Upload your cost sharing, then submit online. You will get a number, and  pay 100 Birr with telebirr (service fee). That is all, your official will be sent internally to your department. Regarding the AAU Female and Disability Scholarship (for MA/MSc) Graduate Program Application 1.  For the 2024/25 academic year, Addis Ababa University has prepared a scholarship for disabled and female students who studied in the regular program of government universities from 2009 E.C. (2017 G.C.) to 2016 (2024 G.C.) 2.  Those who have completed their cost-sharing can send their official transcripts to the university. 3.  For persons with disabilities who can provide certified proof from the district where they live. 4.  They must meet the entrance requirements issued by the department.
