Statement 1 is correct. Compounded drugs are prepared by licensed pharmacists to meet the specific needs of an individual patient such as adjusting the dosage removing allergens, or altering the form of the medication. Generic drugs are standardized versions of brand-name drugs with the same active ingredients manufactured on a large scale.
Statement 2 is correct. Generic drugs undergo regulatory body approval and are tested rigorously for safety, efficacy and bioequivalence to their brand-name counterparts. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved but are regulated under pharmacy compounding laws.
Statement 3 is incorrect. Compounded drugs are not produced by large pharmaceutical companies but are prepared in smaller quantities by pharmacists for individual patients. Generic drugs are mass-produced and widely available.

West Bank is the former British-mandated (1920–47) territory of Palestine. It is located on the west of the Jordan River and claimed from 1949 to 1988 as part of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan but occupied from 1967 by Israel.
The territory, excluding East Jerusalem, is also known within Israel by its biblical names, Judaea and Samaria.
It is a landlocked territory near the coast of the Mediterranean Sea in the Levant region of West Asia. It is bordered by Jordan and the Dead Sea to the east and by Israel (via the Green Line) to the south, west, and north.
Statement 1 is correct:
When the Indian Constitution was adopted in 1950, the right to property was declared a fundamental right under Articles 31 and 19(1)(f). In 1978, the 44th amendment to the Constitution led to the repeal of Articles 31 and 19(1)(f) and the introduction of Article 300A.
Article 300A states, "No person shall be deprived of his property except by authority of law." This means that the government cannot arbitrarily deprive someone of their property without a valid legal basis. As a result, the 'right to property' is now classified as a constitutional right, which means it is legally protected but not as fundamental as the Right to Freedom or the Right to Equality.
Statement 2 is incorrect:
The government can acquire property under Article 300A, but it must be done in accordance with the law. The process of property acquisition is governed by a number of laws, including the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation, and Resettlement Act (2013), which requires the government to follow due process, provide fair compensation, and adhere to prescribed procedures when acquiring property for public use.
Article 300A protects property from arbitrary deprivation, however, it does not prevent the government from exercising its acquisition powers as long as it adheres to legal standards.
Statement 3 is incorrect:
In the Jilubhai Nanbhai Khachar v/s State of Gujarat (1994) case, the Supreme Court ruled that "the right to property under Article 300A is not a basic structure of the Constitution." It is only a constitutional right."
