"Don't you get worried about what you will do if you don't clear this exam?". This is the question I have been asked a lot!! And to be honest, as an aspirant, I hated answering that. Coz I, myself didn't know that. I didn't want to acknowledge the possibility of not clearing the exam. The irony is that I have not been able to clear this exam since 2018. What audacity! 🤣🤣 But now, I do know what I am going to do if I don't clear this exam. My mantra now is, that life doesn't stop just because you didn't get what you desired. I have much confidence in myself to do any work, if not this one. A few weeks back, I also applied on CrackGradeB for teaching Current Affairs, whilst preparing for my exams. I don't know what will happen with that application, but I am certain that I can live and build a better future for myself. You guys might be wondering, why this story now? I am receiving so many messages from people who couldn't clear the prelims this year, being their 5th or last attempt. All of you aspirants are veterans in this field, and I am not even in a position to be a role model or a mentor, as I am not even selected anywhere yet. But, I am sharing whatever I learned from my past experiences. Life doesn't end here guys. We guys have the privilege of being educated and skilled. We must use that as a power to create new paths for ourselves. I didn't apply for a job at CrackGradeB because I was being self-doubtful or less confident about my preparation. I did that to reclaim my confidence and to make myself believe that I can do anything, if not RBI. To every aspirant who lost yesterday, all I wanna say is that I feel your pain 100%. I might feel that pain after my phase-2 or interview, who knows? But, in these struggling years, I have learned to use that pain for gain!! I advise all of you to do the same. I don't know if I'll get a job at RBI, or CrackGradeB for that matter, but I'll keep preparing and pushing the envelope to create new ways for myself. Work Hard y'all, but while being Happy, Healthy, and Confident in yourself. Lots of love and blessings from my side!!

But, what they do is endure the person's strength to face whatever comes in the way. Don't get disheartened if you didn't clear the exam. NABARD is just around the corner. Other amazing opportunities are also on the way. Just stay focussed and keep preparing everyone!!!

Hi everyone! I am receiving so many messages of aspirants about the results of RBI GRADE-B 2022 Phase-1 examination. Apparantly, there has been some anticipation of the result coming today, over various telegram groups. You guys must know that the Phase-2 of RBI GRADE-B examination requires a lot more effort than the Phase-1. All the subjects, be it ESI or Finance or Management or English Descriptive, each of these are extremely hard to crack. Instead of anticipating the results, try focussing on your progress of the Phase-2 preparation. It'll be of no use if you kept thinking about the Phase-1 results and didn't focus on the preparation of Phase-2, even if you cleared the Phase-1. I request everyone to kindly focus on the preparation. Shift your focus towards revision and answer writing practice. It'll help you in every way. Even if you didn't clear Phase-1, this preparation will eventually help you either for the next year, or the upcoming NABARD examinations. All the very best, everyone!!
