Quant : gave mini mocks of practise mock, mocks of oliveboard and ixambee. Tried Following teachers on YouTube, but with all due respect, reverse engineering worked better. Reasoning: 1.Gave mini mocks of practise mock, mocks of oliveboard and ixambee. 2.There is a pdf of some very beautiful complex questions( will send later) - if time permits please solve that. 3. Also, one important thing. While it is important to view all questions in reasoning to choose the best set, be careful of the time. Aisa na ho poore time bas skip krte reh jaen in search of the best question, it happened with me in some mocks. For interview : I am not yet sure what worked. But, all I can say is keep your intentions right, be honest, and be grateful for all the people and situations you have been through, cuz present us is the product of that journey. Also, when time allows please read some books on general economics. Thankyou everyone for patiently reading it!! I hope this might be helpful to some in some way. All the best❀️πŸ”₯

Hi everyone! Warm Greetings of the day to you all. RBI Grade B result was out yesterday, and with God's grace and contribution of many I have made it to the final list. I am very grateful to the admin of this group Shivam sir, his fighter spirit has many a times motivated me that ''look at him, he is constantly fighting, constantly working towards his dreams. That is the kind of resilience I need to develop". Big bow to you sir. The name of your channel itself shows your emotion. πŸ™πŸ™ As far as my strategy, there is nothing extraordinarily new in it. Shivam sir has already made so many videos on his channel. Still for the satisfaction of all, I will try to outline it as clearly as possible. Background: 1 year work experience in analytics, Engineer, 1st attempt at RBI. Non-upsc Had left the job sometime back and was preparing full time for RBI. Strategy : I had begun with phase2 first in November last year. Started with management and finance from Edutap. After completing almost 80% of the FM syllabus, I shifted to ESI again from Edutap, but did very limited basic chapters like inflation and growth and development chapter (apologies, am unable to recall the name of the chapter) From January I started with some descriptive questions. (There is a lot of fear about descriptive. I had that too.) What worked for me was 1. Following the language of newspaper, at times I even memorised the phrases they used, the kind of headlines they wrote. That is simply fantastic, saying more in less words. 2. I tried writing the editorial that I had read. In this exercise I did not worry about the content. I just studied the way newspapers structure the same points, and the way I structure the same points. I saw some improvement in structuring my answers through this exercise. 3. In my notes (digital) I selected some broad topics for example : renewable energy. I collected all the new points from the newspaper under those headings at one place in a structured form, as if am already writing a final answer. And lastly, revised them multiple times 1 week before phase 2. This helped a lot, a lot in phase 2. Not exaggerating but this was much more helpful to me than any descriptive mocks I gave. For government schemes, relied on Edutap's scheme document, watched various videos of Manish Sir (Anuj Jindal). His lecture delivery skill is wonderful. But, as you all might be knowing, ESI objective this time was crazy. If possible I would recommend please read the PIB on your own. Do not use shortcuts of coaching institutes. For finance current affairs, my sole friends were Business Standard and Anuj Jindal's RBI 247 on YouTube. I used to Google new terms and new concepts every now and then in newspape. Sometimes, it took me 3hrs to read the newspaper only. It was frustrating at times(schedule bigad jata tha) but still that was helpful. At a later stage specially after phase 2 started following the RBI website on my own. Also, Please read the speeches of governor and deputy governors. They contain beautiful points and that explained in a very simple language. When you listen to them on YouTube and read it and use those points in you answers there voice and expressions ring in your mind . Coming to phase1 Started preparing somewhere in Feb end. Current affairs : 1. I studied current affairs from affairs cloud on a daily basis. ( There is a lot of confusion among aspirants which source to refer for current affairs. What I could understand is that all the sources (Affairs cloud, Edutap, Anuj Jindal, guidely, aparchit etc etc.) are good and sufficient as long as you follow them regularly. Please do not change your sources every now and then πŸ™ 2. Gave various free tests of current affairs on various websites to fill the gaps. 3. 13 days prior to 28th may (phase-1) started reading the monthly PDFs of Edutap for (April, March, Feb and Jan). English : Just gave mocks. Free Mini mocks of practise mock too jab jada time nahi hta tha.

Hi everyone! First of all, I apologize to everyone for the gaps that I have created between our interaction through YouTube and Telegram. I had so many exams almost every week. I still have. I will try to be as active as possible from now on. Secondly, the final result of RBI Grade-B 2022 is out today. I am sure you guys have already seen the headlines as soon as it came out. My heartiest congratulations to every aspirant who made it to the final list! If this channel and the methods which I shared with you were a kind of help for you even for 1% of you preparation, my job is done! And for all those who could not be in the final list, who is gonna understand what you might be feeling more than me. It is okay to feel sad and disheartened at this moment. Take that time and give that feeling an acknowledgement. But, remember that you must use this failure as a learning tool, that too, as fast as possible. Your feeling of disheartenment or regret or sadness must not overtake the process of re-building the foundation of your preparation for your next battle, be it your next attempt or some other exam. Realize this and pick yourself up. Evaluate Yourself. What went wrong? Is there something you need to improve upon in your performance? Or preparation? Or Personality? Or Qualification? Remember that the process of preparation for any kind of examination is actually a process of continuous improvement. The faster you'll pick yourself up after grieving, the better it will strengthen you for your next challenge. Don't Give up and continue your hard work! Have belief in yourself and you'll definitely do wonders. I am also hanging on to this belief as well. Make a pact with yourself to stay disciplined and serious about the goal you are trying to achieve here. ALL THE BEST EVERYONE! And again, Congrats to all Selected RBI Grade-B Officers! P.S. (For all the selected aspirants): Do share your strategies, especially the Phase-2, and Interview Transcripts with all us aspirants to learn and prepare well for RBI Grade-B 2023.

Good Morning everyone! A new day, a new beginning! We all need that nudge to do well, which I hope this "Revise with HopeRBI" series will definitely give you!! Start afresh and be disciplined and dedicated. Leave or reduce social media, and focus on the analytical problem solving not only for the examination, but also in general. Make a pact with yourself that even 1 month from now, you'll never be what you were before. You'll improve further and grow futher! I will also give you 2 essays for the week! Research for them, and frame them well. Since RBI is so unpredictable in the word limit for essays, we'll focus on what maximum work limit we were given till date, which was 600 this year. Let's start this by writing 2 of the essays asked in this year's examination: 1. Women Entrepreneurs in India 2. Glasgow Conference 2022 Also, a preparation strategy video regarding the upcoming SEBI GRADE-A and PFRDA GRADE-A examinations will be out very very soon. Stay tuned for that as well! Thanks for being there everyone!
