Hi everyone! I know that the time is coming nearer and there is a lot of pressure of covering every important aspect on time. But, the most important aspect we forget in such a time is, keeping calm! In a panic, we think we must do everything in 1 day and get it over with. But unfortunately that doesn't happen. We must realize that everything we are trying to cover, revise and memorize takes time. We must be patient with the process and try to retain everything we study. For that to happen, breaks are essential. Longer sitting sessions and continuous study exhausts our mind, making it extremely difficult to even comprehend what we are studying, more so, remembering everything. Take requisite breaks in the daily routine of preparation. Do anything in that except studying. Take a walk, meditate, do something you love. For me, I meditate or sometimes I sing as I love it. Sometimes I cook to soothe my flustered mind. It is important to not only keep your studies efficient, but also to enhance your mental health. Don't take much pressure about anything. The more you are calm mentally, the better your performance will get. Few days back, I made this melody and song on my sister's ipad, just to make my mind calm a bit. I hope y'all will enjoy it. 😁 PS: I am not a trained singer. I just live singing and try a thing or two. So don't judge😜 All the very best everyone!! 🙏🏻
