We got the monthly open yesterday, and it was positive.
As we can all see, price is ranging around 78K...
This area is basically a weekly order block, but the strength of the move from below, along with the monthly open and the lack of reaction, makes it look somewhat weak.
I’ve marked the chart clearly. The black line below price is the monthly CISD, while the one slightly above price is the weekly CISD.
What we expect is a reaction from the monthly candle toward around 83K. From there, either we get a strong reversal back to 72K, or price pushes above 86K and heads toward 93K. But that would require huge strength, as this is a very strong selling zone.
So for now, let’s focus on the more realistic scenario: a reaction from 83K.🔻
